“Alissa has been great! I plan to continue hiring her for times when I'm away. She's patient with my pet, timely, really everything you could hope for.”

“I haven’t had to leave my cats for more than a weekend in years so I was a bit nervous! But Declan was fabulous - I loved the daily updates and found that I was looking forward to the pictures every day that I was gone! And on a pet level, Declan managed to befriend my most skeptical cat, and even expand the group of people whose lap she will voluntarily sit on to a whopping three people. So, he definitely passed the vibe check! The other cat at one point attempted to go home with him, lol. Declan was super communicative and definitely made it a lot easier to not worry about the cats, will definitely book him again when needed!”

“Issabella did a great job stopping in to care for our cat while we were out of town. She even brought a toy with her and the videos of our cat Doug seemed so happy. Grateful for Issabella!”

About: I’ve been a dog owner and foster parent my whole life. I’ve trained and owned all kinds of dogs from Jack Russels and Pomeranians to Great Danes and Golden Doodles. The relationships I build with dogs are enriching and rewarding. The innocence and desire to just be themselves is what I love about animals. I treat my new dog friends like family and I believe they prosper in a relationship that promotes their inner dog as well as setting boundaries that help the human/canine relationship prosper. I embrace the belief of calm assertive dominance and find it that dogs seem to find peace in me being in that role. I am a stay at home parent whose availability is an asset that I utilize for the sake of the animals I care for. I hope to one day befriend your best friend. I’m a stay at home father of 10 and 12 yr old boys. I raise 2 dogs, 2 cats, and 24 chickens. I have lots of flexibility to ensure the care needed for you pet. I love to spend time with animals in the environment they feel most comfortable. “Ashlyn did I wonderful job of taking care of my cat! Hired her for drop in visits and she did amazing. Very attentive to instructions and great communication. My kitty loved her and I would definitely recommend her/will be using her in the future if I need to!”

About: Growing up with pets I always had an appreciation for animals and a genuine love. When I started college, I knew I did not want to have a pet of my own until I could provide the emotional, financial, and physical care for the pet. I started dog sitting during my undergrad when one of my professors needed helping caring for her coonhound. From there, I fell in love with dog sitting and was really able to expand my network with working with smaller dogs, cats, and larger dogs. I believe that the animal needs to be put first, so I will always ensure that I will come stay in house, administer medicine, and exercise pets to their needs. I always communicate with clients and will send as many photos as you wish. Believe it or not, I once sent my first dog sitter over 200 photos of her dog while she was gone for a week and yes, I still have those photos on my phone. The pet and owner will always come first I work a full time job but my job does not demand working past 5 so I can always ensure I will be there after work hours. My job is flexible and I live close to home. I am free most weekends and week nights and always prefer staying in house at the clients. I believe it more comfortable for both parties. I always follow what the client requests. I live in an apartment complex but it is spacious and located in downtown so I have access to trials and parks to walk pets. I feel comfortable putting pets in my car and always driving with caution.
