About: I have dog sat for younger, older, and more hyper dogs. I have also done some cat sitting. I have no problem dealing with puppies too. I am out of school for summer so I have a lot of time on my hands. I’m available almost all points in the day. I am capable of keeping a dog on the leash or in a yard. I can also keep a dog in the crate if needed.

About: I cared for my cat for 22 long and precious years, through sickness and old age. I believe my level of care provided that longevity. I clean residential homes during the day, so most days I’m gone for 3-5 hours (starting around 10/11am). My schedule tends to be more flexible in the colder months. I prefer to care for your pets exactly as you would, making their separation from you as painless as possible. I would love detailed/clear instructions.

About: I've taken care of many dogs and cats over the years of all shapes and sizes. Up to 5 animals at one time in the past. I lost my last pet and want to help others while I grieve. I recently returned to Northern Michigan after the passing of my father to help my mother. Had to leave corporate job and looking for a happier pace of life and to give back to animals, who saved my life during a difficult time. I love walks and live right by the bike trails and near several parks. I also love cuddling on the couch and allow animals on the furniture if they're allowed to in their home. I would treat them like my own and follow any and all rules/restrictions to the letter. I always want to meet the pet and the family beforehand so everyone feels comfortable. About: I have a 6-year-old Great Pyrenees named Nala, a sweet and loyal guard dog, so I have experience and comfort interacting with all sizes, big and small. I also have two boy cats, Widget and Panko, whom I adopted 8 years ago. I love animals! Over the years, my friends and family have entrusted me with the care of their pets (and home) whenever they're out of town. I work in the field of film, which is typically 3-4 projects a month, so I have pretty open availability for pet care in the days between. I like to ensure that both pets and pet parents feel taken care of, whatever is needed to feel comfort and trust and not have to worry about anything. About: I’ve always had animals in my house growing up. Anything from fish and turtles, hamsters, and many cats and dogs! I will never live in a home without an animal. I’m available any day of the week to walk, groom, or even board them overnight. I will just need a day ahead to note it. My yard is un-fenced, but I live in a small neighbor hood that is not busy. About: I have been around animals since a very young age. I grew up having to care for my dogs, cats, horses, cows, and sheep! I participated in 4-H for 10 years showing both cattle and sheep. Throughout high school and college I worked at a doggy day care, that cared for both cats and dogs, either for day visits or overnight stays. I was responsible for making sure the animals were as comfortable as possible. This involved cleaning their kennels daily, feeding, and medications. Later, I worked as a veterinary assistant for 6 months. I have house/dog and cat sat for various friends and family members throughout the years as well. I am very flexible! I am more than happy to stay at your home while pet sitting or simply come by to care for the pet a couple times a day. Open to working with you to figure out the best solution for your pet. Unfortunately my current lease does not allow pets. I am more than happy to work with you and figure out a schedule/plan that would fit your needs! While I am at a clients house I would stay in good communication with them. In the past, I have sent daily pet photos to the client and sending them updates whenever possible.

About: I have been fostering for almost 10 years and have taken care of cats, dogs and horses growing up my whole life. I am familiar with giving meds and special needs for dogs and cats as well. I am working part time to spend more time with my kids and dogs and my kids also love new companions we take in and care for. I have just been wanting to care for more animals in my area. I have a fenced in yard and 2 dobermans and a doberdoodle. They are all dog and kid friendly. My dogs are vetted and up to date on everything. About: Not only have I grown up with pets my whole life, I have made a living out of taking care of them. It was my calling as a young child to become a Veterinarian. I started Pet Well Mobile Vet, the area's only mobile veterinary service, in 2021 to help bring a better level of quality to pet care after seeing how much more relaxed my friend's pets were when I took care of them in their homes. Building that bond through pet sitting is much the same thing. Pets get individualized care and you get peace of mind. As the mobile veterinarian, I can schedule my days as needed. I have the flexibility to do mid-day meals or walk, if needed. I'm almost always done working by 6pm to make sure everyone gets dinner on time and then some evening playtime. All pets will be cared for as if they are my own. I encourage pet parents to write up the normal routine for their baby so I can stick to it as much as possible. I love to send pictures and updates. (I would want them if the roles were reversed.) I also have the ability to care for medical issues that arise during the stay, only with the pet parent's permission of course.

About: I have had pets of my own for the past 38 years, since I was 12 years old. I also have a degree in biology and chemistry and have worked in animal hospitals and zoos. My husband, Scott, has had pets all his life. We treat our pets with the love and care that family members deserve, and we take our responsibility to them very seriously. Currently, we have a 2 year old black lab who absolutely loves all other animals, and a 14 year old cat who mostly sleeps in quiet, dark places. Our dog, Rosie, is always looking for new friends and is very submissive with them. She just wants to play and snuggle! Our children are grown and help with the care of them. Our house is full of pet lovers! We are very active and love to go for hikes, and we always keep dogs on their leash on the trails. We're happy to take your doggy to the dog park, as well, if you request it. You can have total peace of mind while your pup stays with us! I currently work part time and Scott, my husband, is a teacher and has summers off. I'm home a lot during the entire year, and we're both home on weekends. We have a fenced in backyard for running around and playing fetch. We have a large house and a fenced in yard where our dog, Rosie, loves to run around or playing fetch with us. We regularly go for walks in the neighborhood and hikes in the woods or on the beach. We love to take Rosie to the dog park, but will skip it if you're not comfortable with it. Scott is a teacher and has weekends and all summer free. Stephanie works part time, mostly from home and is at home most of the time during the week and is also available weekends. We have a large fenced yard and a wonderful Labrador retriever to keep your fur baby happy! We love giving dogs love and attention! We also love to take walks if that is something your dog enjoys.

About: I have had a true love for animals since I was a little girl growing up on our farm. Animals have always been a big part of my life, whether it's my own, or caring for others, from cats up to horses and everything in between. I believe that a house is not complete without the company of a pet. And I couldn't imagine not ever having one! I currently have a lovebird,named Peaches, a German Shepherd, named Yogi Bear, an iguana, named Yoshi and 3 cats, named Bubbles, Mr. MaGoo, and Uncle Fester. So as you can see animals have been and will always be a huge part of my life. I can not wait to meet yours! I work from home and do most of my schooling from home also so my availability is pretty much wide open. I am very flexible when it comes to working around others schedule. Let's just say that my pets are very spoiled and they know what to expect from me on a daily basis. About: I am and always have been an avid pet lover, so I will treat your baby with the love he/she deserves. I’m skilled in bathing dogs if that’s ever needed. I’m also very good with puppies, and relatively good with senior pets and giving them the love they need. I work part-time at Wendy’s on Division at varying times, so we will have to discuss when I can walk if you live in Traverse City. I will always be able to sit though. I’m respectful of the surroundings of the animal, and I will make sure they are comfortable around me, as well as the human that loves them.
