About: Ive cared for all different kinds of furry friends, big, small, young and elderly. Each one needed a little different and unique kind of love, but figuring out what make they happy and exhausted is my favorite part. From high energy breeds to cuddly couch potatoes, I enjoy spending time getting to know every single pet the best I can. Nursing school takes up half of my schedule, so that leaves the other half to love up on my own pups (or even yours!) Owning 3 dogs may seem like a lot of work, but it’s the craziness from it that keeps me sane. Going from owning a lazy, sleepy pug, to an energetic crazed lab, I’ve gotten accustomed to caring for dogs with different needs. I feed my dogs two meals a day, while also maintaining time to make sure they are playing enough to get their energy out. I attempted to crate train my dogs, but at the end of the day, I think they want cuddles more than I do! I can be lenient, but stern when it comes to behavior or needs.

“In two words, Mariah was a professional JOY! I have 2 very demanding animals. One is an 85 pound German Shepard who speaks only German. The other is a 9 pound cat, needier than any dog I've ever owned. Not only did Mariah excel at learning the german commands for my energetic pup, Sampson, but she also handled the tense energy flawlessly between him and the cat...who at the time, we had only had for 1 month! My husband and I were in the process of integrating the cat into a dog's world (STRESSFUL TO SAY THE LEAST!). But lucky for us, when we had to jet out of town, Mariah was patient in our chaotic household, never put the two animals in danger, and most importantly, respected their boundaries by following our very detailed demands. We had her coming over 4 times a day for food, play time, walks, and snuggles. Our pets were never lonley thanks to Mariah, and they loved the comfort of staying at home instead of boarding them.
