About: Dog mom, animal lover, and always happy to spend time with animals! I grew up in an animal-loving household surrounded by dogs, gerbils, guinea pigs, parakeets, fish, and even the occasional rescue kitten. My love of animals has continued throughout my life, and I’ve had a wide variety of hands-on animal care experience. I spent several years working on a horse farm and also worked as a kennel and veterinary technician assistant at a veterinary clinic, where I gained experience caring for animals with a variety of needs. I also regularly dog and cat sit for friends and neighbors and am comfortable caring for pets of different ages, personalities, and energy levels. I currently have a two year old rescue pup of my own, Colby, who keeps me on my toes and reminds me every day how much animals become part of the family. I’d love the opportunity to give your pets the same care, attention, and affection I give my own! I’m primarily available during weekday school hours, which gives me plenty of flexibility for daytime walks, drop-ins, and pet visits Monday through Friday. I also have some availability on weekends, although it varies from week to week. I’m happy to work with you to find a schedule that works for both of us and will always make sure I’m available before confirming a booking. I treat every pet as if they were my own, with a focus on safety, comfort, and making sure they feel happy and secure while in my care. I take the time to learn each pet’s routine, personality, needs, and any special instructions from their owner, and I’m careful to follow those instructions consistently. Whether I’m caring for a pet in your home or taking them for a walk, I prioritize keeping them safe, supervised, and comfortable. I’ll also keep owners updated and communicate promptly if I have any questions or notice anything unusual.
About: Hi there! My names Breanna. I’m looking to meet some new doggos (and other animals) to take care of on my days off! I have lots of experience working with animals. I’ve worked as a part time vet assistant, kennel tech, animal hospital receptionist, and currently a full time Rad. tech at a local hospital in addition to being a fur mama to three dogs. I have dog sat for several families in the past and would love to get back into it now that life allows me the time to do so. I currently reside in a single family home with my Jack Russel mix, bloodhound, and a frenchie (I know it’s quite the mix! LOL). I only work 3 days a week and occasional weekends which leaves me with a lot of availability to take care of your pups. In addition to being on Rover I am also registered/work through the app Wag! as a dog walker. I’m flexible with pick up and drop off with reasonable notice. I’m open to taking on any special needs or desires you may have for your dogs care while they are under my watch. I have a huge heart for animals and will gladly take yours in as my own for a few days. I’ve loved the people this app has connected me to for the sake of my own dogs safety and security when I have to go away and I would love to provide the same service to others. Message me to set up a meet and greet to see if I’m the right fit for you and your pet :) I look forward to talking to you! I work “full time” but it’s really three twelve hour days a week which allows me several days off. Open availability on most weekends :) I have a fenced in yard in addition to a designated dog area of my house with a a doggie door that connects to its own fenced in portion of my yard.

About: Animals have always been an important part of my life, and I truly enjoy getting to know each pet’s individual personality, routine, and needs. I have nearly two years of experience working as a veterinary assistant, where I cared for dogs and cats of different ages, sizes, temperaments, and care needs. This experience taught me the importance of patience, attentiveness, and making every animal feel as comfortable as possible. I’m also a puppy raiser with Susquehanna Service Dogs, which has given me hands-on experience with puppy training, socialization, positive reinforcement, and reinforcing good manners. I earned my degree in Agricultural Sciences from Penn State, where I further developed my knowledge of animal health, nutrition, and care. I know how important it is to have someone you trust looking after your pets while you’re away. I’m happy to follow your pet’s usual routine and provide plenty of walks, playtime, enrichment, attention, and affection based on what they enjoy most. My goal is simple: to make sure your pet feels safe, happy, and well cared for while giving you peace of mind that they’re in good hands. 🐾 Pet care fits naturally into my routine, and I’m happy to work with pet parents to make sure their pets receive consistent, dependable care. I understand how important routines are for animals, so I do my best to follow your pet’s usual schedule for meals, walks, playtime, bathroom breaks, and relaxation. I’m also happy to discuss your pet’s individual needs and schedule ahead of time so we can make sure they receive the attention and care they’re used to while you’re away. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and well-being are always my priorities. My experience as a veterinary assistant has taught me to pay close attention to animal behavior, body language, and changes that could indicate a pet is uncomfortable or not feeling like themselves. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I respect both your home and the routines you’ve established for your pets. I carefully follow instructions regarding feeding, walks, medications or special care, household rules, and any safety precautions you provide. I also take the time to let pets become comfortable with me at their own pace, especially those who may be shy or nervous around new people. I know that trusting someone with both your pet and your home is a big decision. My goal is to provide responsible, attentive care while keeping you updated so you can feel confident that your pet is safe, comfortable, and in caring hands while you’re away. 🐾
“Heather was amazing in looking after our shy cat Shiva! Besides the frequent photos and daily updates, she went above and beyond in doing extra items while we were away for over a week -- truly appreciated! This is the first time using Rover for drop-in visits and will definitely be using her services again for future trips, based on her availability ❤️”

“Excellent and thorough! Clearly loves dogs and cats. She was on time and did everything I listed for my pets. The Rover site was easy to use and it gave me quick access to pick Summer as our sitter. Will definitely have her back!”

About: I've taken care of children and pets for about 7 years now. I have my own pets, a dog and a cat. Shepard mix named Milo, and a cat named Judah. I look forward to all the pets! I'm currently working four days a week and have plenty of time to spend loving and caring for your precious babies! I really love it! About: I have hands-on experience caring for my own dogs, Koda and Eddie. My goal is to treat every pet like family! 🐾❤️
About: I’ve been dog walking and sitting for neighbors since I was 12 years old. I’ve dog sat multiple types of dogs. I’ve done dog walking, check-in & potty break visits, and I’ve stayed at a clients home for long periods of time (5+ days) to be with their pups. I’ve also been tasked with administering insulin shots to dogs before. And I have a lot of experience with dogs that have anxiety, whether with new people, thunderstorms, or anything else, as I have one myself and a long remaining client of mine does as well. I’ve always loved dogs, having grown up having 2 smaller dogs myself. I am hoping to do pet sitting as a new permanent business, so I will have nothing but time to look after your pets! I will schedule out days and time periods based on client necessity and to provide the optimal care for your pets. Because I have two dogs myself, one of which has severe people and other animal anxiety, which for the safety of your pets and mine means I am unable to bring any pets into my home as of current. However, I’ve stayed at the homes of clients before to be with their pups while they’re away. I feed them every morning and night or make sure the food bowl is full depending on how the client feeds their dogs. I give them any medicine or joint tablets that they need to be well. I let them out multiple times a day whenever they need it. And I try to play with and pet them as much as I can while I’m there so they don’t miss their humans too much. I will even take them on a walk if allowed.
“Kayla was great! Muffin was well taken care of, pictures were adorable, and peace of mind was priceless. I would definitely recommend Kayla to care for your pet and have her care for Muffin again. Thanks Kayla!!❤️”

Through my business, Salt & Soulistics, I also practice as a Canine Somatic Practitioner, Ayurvedic Animal Wellness Consultant, and Animal Reiki Energy Worker. This means I don't just walk your dog—I tune into their energy, monitor their comfort levels, and ensure that both their physical and emotional well-being are prioritized while you're away. Whether your pup needs a high-energy stroll, a patient and gentle walk for an older or anxious pet, or specialized attention, I adapt to their individual personality and pace. Why choose me to care for your best friend? • Advanced Animal Care Training: I am trained in Canine First Aid & Pathology, Canine Massage, and Palliative/Hospice Care. If your dog has medical complexities, mobility challenges, or requires specific medication schedules, they are in highly capable hands. • Nervous System Regulation: Using simple somatic and energy-work techniques, I specialize in helping anxious, hyperactive, or easily stressed dogs find a sense of safety, calm, and grounding. • Deep Lifelong Experience: Beyond my professional holistic certifications, I am a lifelong animal lover and a dedicated pet parent myself. I understand the trust it takes to leave your baby in someone else's hands, and I treat every client's dog with the same fierce loyalty, kindness, and meticulous care that I give my own. I can't wait to meet your pup and provide them with a soulful, happy, and refreshing break in their day! Pet care isn't just something I squeeze into my day, it is the central focus of my daily routine. As a holistic pet health concierge running my own practice, my schedule is intentionally structured around the well-being of the animals in my care. Because I work independently, I have the ultimate flexibility to prioritize your pup's routine exactly when they need it most. Here is how pet care seamlessly integrates into my weekly life: • Open Daily Availability: I am fully dedicated to housecalls and pet care 7 days a week, from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Whether your dog needs an early morning wake-up stroll, a midday wellness break, or dinner-hour companionship, I am reliably available during peak care windows. • Dedicated Midday Windows: My daily rhythm is built around giving pups a refreshing, soulful break right when the workday gets long. I structurally reserve my midday blocks for active dog walking, sensory strolls, and custom wellness check-ins. • Grounded & Paced Bookings: I never overbook my days. I structure my schedule to include plenty of buffer time between visits. This ensures I never have to rush through a walk and can fully dedicate my focus, energy, and somatic grounding techniques to your dog without watching the clock. • Localized Travel Routine: My service routine takes me all around Delmarva and the beach areas. Because I am consistently on the road for home visits, fitting your pup into my daily transit circle is a natural, seamless part of my neighborhood routine. Whether you need a recurring weekly walking schedule or occasional daytime check-ins, your best friend will always step into a calm, reliable, and entirely dedicated routine. Because I care for your pets exclusively in the comfort of your own home, maintaining a secure, familiar, and low stress environment is my highest priority. I understand that leaving your pet requires immense trust. I design my housecall services to preserve your home’s security while giving your dog a meticulously safe and grounding experience. Here is exactly how I ensure safety and build trust during every home visit: • Meticulous Medical & Care Plan Adherence: If your dog requires complex medication schedules, strict handling protocols, or specialized mobility care, I handle it with precision. With advanced training in Canine First Aid & Pathology, Canine Massage, and Palliative/Hospice Care, I have deep experience monitoring vital comfort signals, handling precise medicine regimens, and managing physically fragile or medically complex pets. • Proactive Home Security Protocols: I respect your space. When entering and leaving, I follow strict door locking protocols to prevent escape artists from slipping out. I ensure your home stays fully secure before, during, and after my visit, and I am hypervigilant about keeping doors locked tightly if any unexpected local deliveries or disruptions happen while I am there. • Individualized, Distraction-Free Walks: I only offer private, one-on-one sessions tailored directly to your pup's unique pace and needs. I completely avoid distracting environments like crowded dog parks or group walks with unfamiliar animals. This strict personalized focus eliminates external stressors and keeps our entire outing completely safe and controlled. • Continuous Real-Time Communication: I believe that proactive updates build true peace of mind. You will receive detailed updates from every housecall, including real-time text check-ins, fun photos, and specific tracking details about how your pup's session went, what their energy levels looked like, and how they responded to their routine. • Custom Environment Adjustments: Before I leave, I make sure your pup is completely settled back into their safe zone. Whether that means refreshing their fresh water bowl, setting up interactive brain/play puzzles, or using gentle, trauma-informed somatic techniques to ground their nervous system, I leave them calm, happy, and relaxed.
