About: I grew up fostering animals from the Humane Society of Harford County, caring for animals with the range of young puppies/kittens to senior dogs/cats. And, yes, I’ve “foster-failed” a few times, and have multiple cats and dogs of my own. A house isn’t a home without a fur baby. I am a middle-school teacher who currently has full availability now that summer vacation has begun. I’d love to fill my time off by caring for your four-legged friends! Fostering animals with a variety of backgrounds, training levels, capabilities, etc., has given me a lot of experience with creating a safe and happy environment.

“Emily was extremely helpful. She came over the day before to meet and greet the dogs, allowing them to open up to her more. She arrived on time every day and took plenty of pictures. When Astrid decided it was too cold to go out and tried to hide, Emily did her best to bribe her out of her hiding space (which we feel awful cause our room was rather messy that day). The dogs loved her and would choose Emily's services again!”

My home has a fenced in dog park that i’m sure your dog would love to run around in and get some energy out! “Sianna has been a great help with buddy! He’s a nervous guy and she was kind enough to work with us before moving forward so he had a smooth transition and he got used to her very quickly! She’s well versed in animal behavior and very professional. I’m so glad we found her.”

About: I’ve been pet sitting very frequently for the past 7 years for dogs and cats, so I know my way around things pretty well. I’ve also owned pets my entire life. I have a pretty flexible schedule, so I can always make pet care work. I also have guarantee transportation wherever anyone needs me to be! I care for people’s pets like they’re my own. About: Since 2014, I’ve cared for pets of all ages and pawsonalities — from shy kittens to spicy dogs, plus chickens, bunnies, and even a hermit crab. 🐶🐱🐔🐰🐟 Fostering over 200 pets has made me fluent in body language (pet edition). Whether your pet wants snuggles, space, or serious playtime, I tailor each visit to what makes them happiest. I’m comfortable giving medications and teaching basic obedience. I also make the experience great for you! I’m a reliable communicator, send plenty of cute pics, and if your pet’s up for it, you’ll come home to a handmade surprise “from your pet.” Pet care fits naturally into my routine — it’s something I genuinely enjoy! I’m available mornings, evenings, and weekends, with a flexible schedule that allows me to adapt as needed. I am able to care for about a dozen pets per week and I only book one house-sitting family at a time to ensure each pet gets my full attention. Walks and drop-ins can easily be added into my day, especially Monday through Friday. Pet care is both relaxing and rewarding for me — I love building relationships with the pets I visit, and I think they look forward to our time together just as much as I do! I provide care exclusively in my clients’ homes, starting by learning their pet’s established routine to ensure they feel comfy and happy. I gather all the important info — like vet contacts, emergency numbers, and where cleaning supplies live (just in case!). I’m a tidy sitter too: I take out the trash and scoop up any yard “presents” to keep things fresh. Most importantly, I listen closely to both owner and pet to discover what makes each furry friend feel safe and loved, then tailor my care to their unique personality.

About: Growing up we used to joke that we lived on a farm. At one point we had 6 dogs, 2 cats, 1 bunny, a bird, and a hamster! I've grown up and have taken care of all my pets since I was a little one - all sizes, too! We had Dobermans, Rottweilers, Yorkies, Pitbull mixes, Jack Russel Terriors, Dachsunds, and a Pomapoo. Over the course of my life I've had about 10 cats! I love pets and I can't imagine a household without one. I have two cats -- two Beautiful Siberians (Watson and Lazlow). Watson is the black one found in my photos and Lazlow is the tan/striped one. They both have their own daily routine and demand playing and cuddle time every day, which I always welcome! :) I always treat animals like they are part of the family -- maybe even better than that ;) You HAVE to love and spoil them -- they're not here very long. Don't let this deter you if you're hoping to keep them on a strict schedule. I'm happy to follow through with any guidelines you set in place!
