About: I've taken care of dogs since I was a child growing up in a household full of animals. I'm used to all dog sizes, breeds, and ages, having had a pitbull, chow chow, and elderly dogs myself. I'm here to put your mind at ease that your pet is in great hands :) I'm also a plant lover and have a green thumb, if you need any plant care! I'm currently working remotely, so I can adapt my schedule to your pets needs. Early in the morning, around lunch hours, and after 6pm is best for drop-ins, and my remote work allows me to stay over on nights / house sit if needed. I will always approach your pet however best you recommend - every pet is different, and I want to be sure I respect the ways that work best for them to adjust to having a new person in their home. Of course, I always use a soft voice, treats, and affection to ease them into it.

About: I've had my 2 cats and dogs for 12 years and adore them! I make new feline and canine friends easily so I'm happy to sit/walk yours as well! My work schedule is light right now so I have a lot of availability for sittings and walks and have done this a lot for friends. I am open to your specific directions for caring for your animals and am flexible. Write down any specific details and I will follow them. I am trustworthy and have house sat and dog walked for many friends and neighbors! People count on me!

About: I’ve had over 50 years of caring for many breeds of dogs, including my own. I am respectful of others homes and can be trusted to give loving care to your dogs. I am a retiree that has a fairly open schedule and able to spend the night at your home. I may need to leave for an hour two at times for health appts. and going to our home to let our own dog out for a bit. I am flexible on how to care for your dogs in your home, including using a crate. I will respect your current ways of sharing your home with your dogs.

About: I’m usually the first person my family calls when they need someone to care for their cutie pets while they’re away. As a grad student and pet owner myself, I understand the emotional support that animals can provide! Pets are family members and I understand what it takes to look after family. I send daily photo updates and report back any information requested. I have experience maintaining training schedules for puppies. I’m diligent at following care plans and requests. I am available most weekends and weekdays. My schedule is subject to change in a few weeks with the start of a new semester. My goal is to continue the quality of care that your pet is used to. I want to reduce the amount of stress they might experience in the absence of their loving owner(s)! Keeping their routine as similar as possible is key. Meal times, walk times, crate/no crate, on/off furniture, treats, etc. are all things I try to attend to. I am open to specific requests your pet might need!

“She came at approximate time's agreed on. She was 1.5 hour late once. But I'm a little overprotective of my only feline fur child. Lol. My main irritation is she did not seem to follow feeding instructions however. I had clear instructions on everything typed up. With everything out. I know because I have caregivers who came some to check on things when she was not here. She gave my girl the dry food only apparently. And a lot of it. I do not like to feed dry food. But my girl has become very picky with eating. So I mix it up often. I had instructions for the dry, wet and freeze dried foods. I had a bag of opened food that should have lasted until my return had the instructions been followed. I bought a new bag and extra canned food so I would not have to get any food once home from my vacation. The remaining amount of the dry was not only gone but the new bag was opened and used. It appeared very little of the canned food I purchased was gone. I know Tawny does mostly boarding. But if is going to agree on drop in for cats she should follow th feeding instructions. My girl has been difficult with eating her canned food since I got home.”

About: from 9 years old to 40 I have enjoyed playing and caring for dogs . I have loved them as family. they have enriched ny life. Cats have been my pets for the last25 years. Tho very different they need to play too. They are sociable beings. Needing attention and exercise. I am available for play and walks or just drop ins to say hello most afternoons and evenings. My schedule is quite flexible . Starting with visits and walks and cats care. I will be coming to your furry loved one at their residence. Comfortable in their environment. to feed. bathe. or play. Perhaps they need some fresh air and outdoor exercise? Im keen on making sure they are well fed and hydrated and of course loved.

Katherine has fantastic animal intuition and quickly figured out how to make our two cats comfortable. We could tell that she quickly won over our shy cat by the wonderful pictures and videos that she sent us throughout our vacation. Katherine communicated exceptionally well: before, during, and after her stay. And from the pictures and videos, it was pretty clear that the cats were enjoying being with her and enjoying life in general, which gave us great peace of mind. She even figured out a way to easily give one of our cats his medication – a process that I have now adopted! Katherine left the house clean and tidy. We whole-heartedly recommend Katherine!”

About: I’ve taken care of fur babies for as long as I can remember. I have also volunteered at the shelter. I currently have 1 dog and 7 cats of my own that I rescued and adore. Animals have a special place in my heart. I currently work a full time job but now that my children are grown I have evening time Monday-Friday after 5:00pm and every weekend open. I can provide any and all necessary care for your pet. Feeding/watering, litter cleaning, play time, walks and administering medication if needed. I would care for them as if they were my own.

About: Dogs are a marvelous source of companionship. I show them compassion and are attentive to their needs. I enjoy running with dogs, playing fetch, holding, and petting dogs. I have experience in playing with dogs, grooming, bathing, feeding, and walking dogs. While growing as a young child, my dad brought home various dogs at sundry times. I was the dog's main caregiver. My mother eventually would release the dogs because she did not like them, but I was able to build a solid experience and bond with them before she did. In Jamaica where my parents were born, their are many outdoor dogs roaming the streets. I easily befriend them and usually play with them and feed them. About: I've taken care of many pets in my lifetime, including pet and house sitting for family and friends. I love most animals (snakes scare me). I live in the last house on a dead end county road and have plenty of room for animals to play and have fun. Plus, my kids and our pets will have fun visiting and playing with your pets. I currently work weekends only as a RN. I am home Mondays-Thursdays. I do have 3 kids of my own, so I do have to get them to and from school. We have a large yard for pets to play. Dogs will always be on leashes as our yard is in currently fenced. We live in the last house on a dead end country road, so no cars come past our home. I can easily crate your pet if needed. We have a friendly female dog and 3 friendly cats.
