“Communication was excellent. This was my first time using Rover for doggie daycare. There were multiple people on site who were helping care for the dogs during the day. My dog was able to play with other medium-sized dogs. She definitely got enough exercise, and she is a higher energy dog breed (Husky). They also sent me a picture of her playing with some other dogs. And, they have air conditioned space available indoors for hotter days. We had a good experience and I would recommend them!”

About: I have had dogs since I was little and currently am mom to a 15-year-old Chihuahua named Charlie. She is a sweet little old lady who needs lots of attention and special care. And don’t worry, no matter how silly your requests may seem, I’m on board! Charlie once decided she would only eat if fed by hand, so, I’ve been there. :) I currently teach online so I am WFH with lots of flexibility for pet sitting and home visits. I live near Clemson University so it’s an easy stop if you are on your way to campus! I have a large fenced-in yard and an old lady Chihuahua who is mostly deaf and blind and sleeps all day, so she isn’t much of a playmate. However, with her refusal to take walks (by laying down on the ground until I carry her home), I am looking forward to having a walking buddy in the neighborhood!

About: I have been dog setting for the past 23 years. It all started when I watched my boss' 3 chihuahuas when I was about 17 and then I just have had many request ever since. I have had the privilege of caring for many beloved pups. Throughout my pet-sitting days, I have provided a loving and safe environment for dogs of all shapes and sizes. My two personal dogs were an integral part of my life for 12 wonderful years. They both passed in the Summer of 2020. It took me awhile to get another dog, but I did finally get our Elvis (a bloodhound) in October 2022. He is almost 5 years old with a giant heart! He loves to have a fur-friend over and gets along with any age pup. I have a son who is 10 years old and absolutely loves helping out with the dogs.
