About: I have been around animals my whole life, from farm animals to house animals. I treat them with love and respect. They will be apart of my family for the days that they are in my care. It will work perfect because of my home life with having children and being off work. I am home most all day and will be able to care for them as needed. I will follow the routine that the animals have, if they are on a certain diet or potty schedule. They will be able to go out to the bathroom on a leash or a tie out and have exercise as well.

About: Graduated from the Vet Tech Institute of Pittsburgh did my internship at Somerset Animal Medical Center. I then went on to be a Veterinary Technician at Loyalsock Animal Hospital. I have been around animals all my life and have cared for animals for eight years. I have been trained to preform such skills like canine CPR and Canine first aid. I know first hand how difficult it could be having a full time job, trying to take care of pets, and having to make time to go on to a vacation or go away for a weekend. I am here to help make it easier to be able to go have a little bit of fun without the worry of finding a place to take your pet.

About: Hello! I’m Anjel. I have had dogs my entire life of all sizes and breeds and most definitely a dog person (Don’t worry cats, I love you too). I understand the hardships of raising a well-rounded pup and I’m here to help! Patience is always key with any pet. Besides having dogs my entire life, I also previously worked at a Doggie Daycare & boarding facility and have house sitting/pet sitting clients that have been with me from the start of my pet sitting career starting 18 years ago. I enjoy all puppies whether they are large or small, young or old. I have experience with a variety of dog breeds and do not turn away any breed. I have experience administering oral medications, eye drops, insulin (as well as testing before meals), and preparing meals for EPI dogs. I look forward to connecting with you! Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions or concerns! I do prefer to stay within a 7 mile radius of my location, an additional fee $5 per visit/day will be added for those bookings greater than a 7 mile radius. I have open availability on the weekends and flexibility during the week. I currently work in Allegheny county right off of Rt. 51 so I am able to travel to all areas with ease. I am typically scheduled 8am to 4pm Monday through Friday but experience cancellations throughout the week where I’m typically home before 4pm. Leaving my morning availability open, possibility for mid day potty breaks when I experience cancellations, and my afternoon/evening open for walks, drop-in visits, and house/pet sitting duties. When caring for pets in the client’s home, I like to stick to the pet’s routine to avoid any changes in their typical schedule. I take extra precautions when it comes to open doors, ensuring they are correctly and safely in their crate when applicable, and accompanying them when outside for potty breaks. Safety is my number one priority as I know it would be devastating if any accidents were to happen and I am proactive in covering all the bases to ensure that they do not.

About: I have a senior dog of my own who requires a lot of TLC! With him being 16 I am well versed in administering medicine to animals, giving them all the attention they need, and getting in some active time! I have experience with dogs of all sizes, breeds, needs, and energy levels! I joined rover because I have an immense love for fur babies and getting to interact with all of them and take care of them fills me with joy! I am currently in college attending IUP. I graduate in December. During my semesters, my classes are all online so I am very available when it comes to my schedule! I also work part-time but the schedule is flexible as well so I can accommodate for any needs you have! With my work and school schedule being very flexible I am able to stop in for frequent potty breaks and check-ins! This allows me to also be very open for walks and stays! With offering services to watch your animal in your home, this allows for the dog to be more comfortable because they’re in their day-to-day environment! I will take the upmost care with respecting your home and not disrupting it!

About: I’ve grown up with dogs and I’ve always known I wanted to work with them. After working at a dog daycare, that feeling only grew stronger. I adore caring for dogs or any pets! Even with all of their very different personalities I love every single one of them and would care for them as if they were my own. I am completely free during the summer to give your pet lots of love! In the fall I have complete availability besides my morning classes :) I can’t care for many pets in my own home considering I do live in a small apartment. Pets are allowed however, they just wouldn’t have much room! I do have a crate and the potential to house your pet if that would be something you would want to explore! In any case, my unconditional love for animals should reassure you that they’d get the best care from me no matter the circumstances.

About: I love all types of dogs and have personally trained 4 over the years from puppy to adult. I have also had to help one with diabetic insulin shots for over a years time. I genuinely care about the pets I own and give them lots of attention and love each day! I will care for the pet as the client suggests and always take into account what the owner prefers I do when walking or watching their fur baby. At this time I am not watching others pets at my home, but at the clients home.

Callie P.
“Callie is a dear friend of mine for over 15 years now. She loves all animals and has her own fur babies, two dogs and two cats. She has veterinary technician schooling and really knows her stuff about animals. She is looking to work for herself and has decided to do what she does best and care for animals. She does really well with dogs and has always cared for all dogs as if they were her own. She would be an ideal candidate for any dog sitting or walking for your and your pets.”

Anjelica V.
“Anjel watches our dogs every time we go away. They are each very different and have their own special instructions that she follows implicitly to give them the same care that they would be receiving if we were home. She’s very knowledgeable about the care, diet, and needs of a wide variety of breeds as we have had her care for four of very varied shapes, sizes, and breeds. When we recently found ourselves with our senior having special needs and a veritable pharmacy of meds to take daily, Anjel handled it proficiently and we had no reservations with leaving it in her hands.”

She offered to take in my husky for me while i was able to get help and she cared for Luna as if she was a dog she had grown up with. I can’t thank her enough for doing what she did for me, very sweet girl. Luna was very well looked after. She sent me lots of pictures and videos which i appreciated as well. it gave me hope.”

Jay B.
“If you are looking for someone who actually has a heart for animals, is extremely responsible, takes pride in his work, is easy to talk to, and follows directions exactly as specified, you have found your man. Jay has trained and raised five different Pembroke Welsh Corgis, and has handled the care and shipping of small puppies across the United States. He is patient, emotive, able to comfort, and communicates well with animals. He has a highly protective nature, intuitively monitors, and evaluates the well-being of the pets he cares for. He is qualified to train dogs and manage their behaviors. If necessary, he has the skill to handle an emergent situation. He is responsive to email, texts and phone calls. Highly recommend.”

Jenny S.
“I have known Jenny since childhood I have had her check in on my dogs if needed many times and she has also bathed, fed and played with them for me if I am not home. The dogs both older and my new one have loved her coming over to see them. From, Courtney Hamilton”
