“Jessica watched our three cats on short notice over the holidays and took great care of them! She was very responsive, reliable, and went above and beyond. I also appreciated how well she communicated. I would definitely ask her to watch our kitties again!”

“Kristina was great with Auggie and Boo! They truly enjoyed her visits and loved all the special attention. Kristina was always on time, attentive and really went the extra mile for us! Thank you! We will definitely reach out again.”

About: I’ve loved animals for as long as I can remember. I’ve volunteered with shelters and own three of my own for the last 10 years. I’m currently working from home and hoping to get out of the house for a bit by doing drop in visits or dog walks. I’m available to board dogs as well so long as any furry guest gets along with the dogs already in the house. I’m comfortable administering medication so long as instructions are given. I’m certified in canine CPR. Im happy to cater to the needs of your dog and follow any instructions you provide. As im working from home, im available nearly all the time except for a few virtual meetings during the week. Our normal routine is a short walk in the morning, they hang out with me while I work, maybe a walk or a game at lunch, more work from home, then free in the evening for movie nights/parks/bite to eat somewhere dog friendly. I have a fenced yard with a doggy door to the back. I have also converted my office into a dog room with space for extra crate if that’s what is preferred. Animals are allowed on furniture at the owners discretion. I recognize all owners do things a bit differently and I know how worrisome it can be to leave them with a stranger so I want to put your mind at ease by conforming my care to how you prefer.

“Heather is amazing. We had to cancel the drop-in and visit request, but yet, she was extremely accommodating and understanding to our last minute cancellation so we paid her in full to show her our appreciation and sincere gratitude and apology:”

“Ana was fantastic! She took great care of my cat Sammy, who is notoriously shy but warmed up to Ana immediately. I felt like he was in very safe and loving hands while I was away. Highly recommend!!”

About: I’ve taken care of family and friend’s dogs of all ages since I was young! I’m experienced with dog walking/sitting, feeding, and administering medications. I also have a 9 month old puppy of my own, so I understand how important it is to make sure your pet is well taken care of! I’m currently a stay at home dog mom. This allows me to be very flexible during the week for all of your dog walking or drop-in visit needs! I am a caring and trustworthy dog lover! When coming to your home, my main priorities are to ensure the comfort, safety, and happiness of your pet!

“Lucia was amazing! Our dogs are shy around strangers and people when we are not home. She is the only stranger EVER that our dogs accepted right away without daily interactions . They immediately felt comfortable around her and gave her all the kisses. Lucia was very understanding and even helped with our chickens! We are definitely only using Lucia now!”

About: I’ve been surrounded by paws and wagging tails my whole life—basically raised in a household where the vacuum was always full of fur and the treat jar was never empty. Growing up, I cared for all kinds of pets, including those with special needs, health issues, and daily medications (yes, even the ones who could sniff out a pill from a mile away). Since 2018, I’ve been a pet parent myself, and let’s just say my dogs are spoiled with love, belly rubs, and probably way too many photoshoots. I genuinely love being around dogs—whether it’s playtime, snuggle time, or just chillin’ in the same room while they nap like champions. Every dog I meet gets treated like my own: with patience, joy, and the kind of love that involves goofy voices and spontaneous dance parties during walks. Whether your pup needs high-energy play or calm companionship, I’ve got them covered—and I’ll probably fall a little bit in love with them too. I currently work until 2 every weekday, so I can come by to make my visits, give my pets, and take them on walks as soon as I’m done! My weekends are typically completely free so I can easily come by to snuggle and hang out with the kiddos when needed. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I make sure they feel safe, loved, and seen - even in a short visit. I follow all instructions closely, from feeding and water refills to medication and litter box clean-up. I take time to play, cuddle (if they’re into it!), and give them the attention they need to feel calm and cared for while their people are away. I also treat every home with the same respect I’d want someone to show mine, keeping things clean, secure, and leaving everything as I found it. Whether it’s a quick potty break, a play session, or just keeping your pet company, I show up with intention and care every time.

About: I will go the extra mile to make sure your pup is well loved, hydrated, fed, and exercised. I am new to the area and am eager to explore with a furry friend that I cannot financially support currently, so I will love and care for it like my own. I just moved to Southern Pines, and am looking for any kind of word I can. My experience having dogs in my house all my life has made me responsible and capable of taking care of any kind of dog. We have a very safe apartment complex that we take long walks around many times a day to keep your pup happy and comfortable. If your dog is also a competent swimmer we have a nearby lake with public swimming spots to enjoy.

“We continue to be amazed by Stephanie. She came to the rescue for an urgent drop-in visit and we can’t be grateful enough that the pups trust and adore her so completely that she can drop by with such ease. Thank you again, Stephanie!”

“Megan was willing to help us out SUPER last minute. So grateful! She was great with communication and any modifications I had she was happy to help. So glad our boys were able to be home versus boarding they are much less stressed and without her it wouldn’t have happened!”

“Kristen was very reliable. Loved the pictures she sent me. This was the first time I’ve left my babies but after the first day of receiving their report and pictures my anxiety disappeared! Thank you, Kristen!”

“McKinley, D was beyond amazing! Great communication with detailed updates and takes perfect photos of your fur babies being spoiled. Best in the area, will be booking again”

About: I’ve been around dogs my entire life, and have been watching them for others since I was in elementary school. Experience with drop in and boarding. I work full time, but work from home and have a flexible schedule! I am able to block my calendar if I know at least one day in advance. I try my best to make sure pets needs are met. I try to limit time in the crate and make sure they’re getting all the playtime they need.

About: Rescued my dog Millie 7 years ago and had to help her fight heart worms, socialize her, and train her until she became the people person she is today. I’m currently able to work mostly from home so I have plenty of time and flexibility during the week to walk your dog. Some days I’ll have to go into the office but I will update my schedule when that comes up. I will be available for dog walking and drop in visit services. I am happy to feed and play with your pup and give any medication if needed.

About: Excellent, caring and thoughtful pet sitting. Qualified in all areas to fit your needs when you need a sitter. I also do pet walking as well! Will cater to all of your needs per animals description. I have a flexible schedule in which allows me to dog walk and pet sit. I work remotely. Which makes it easier for availability for pet care. I believe the best way to care for someone's pet is to find out what they need individually. I will come into the clients home. If the pet is small enough, I could pet sit in our home.

“Kim is awesome. She took good care of our older dog and went above and beyond caring for him and watching over our home. I’d highly recommend her to anyone. It’s a good feeling to know we have someone so dependable to count on when we leave town to take such good care of our dog.”
