“Kacie took such amazing care of my dog, Lia. She was very reliable, kind, communicative and responsible with Lia. I loved the photos she sent me from the walks. She went above and beyond and cared for Lia like her own. Lia loved Kacie and I will definitely be using her again! 10/10!!”
2. Alma P.
About: I love taking care of animals. I have had dogs and cats my whole life. They are our fur babies after all and I treat them as such. I am currently at home full time so dogs are not left alone. I do have a super friendly and cuddly 3 year bison/poodle mix named Teddy. I have fenced in backyard where dogs can run around and play. I do take dogs for frequent walks and we have lots of play time.
3. Kim H.
“Great communicator. Great patience with Lando (who was skiddish when she arrived). Would happily recommend”
4. Haley Z.
“I have a lot of animals and Haley is my #1 sitter for when I need help. With my cats I have a boy with attachment issues and he hated new people, but he warmed up to her really fast. And I have another boy who starts giving himself hot spots when he gets even a little stressed. Haley was amazing with both boys and she is now a comfort in their lives. With the dogs she's been great on taking them on walks and making them their food on time (I make their food from scratch. Fresh each meal) one dog has a leash pulling issue that Haley has actually helped me work on with her. I would 10/10 trust her with my animals always.”
5. Julie K.
About: I have owned and cared for dogs for over a decade and a half. I have previously worked in a small pet hotel's pet care industry and owned my own dogs over the years. **I am unavailable to care for cats due to a severe allergy** I am currently a graduate student with a flexible schedule, and I am looking to fill some of my time looking after other's dogs while they are traveling. I am very careful and respectful of other people's homes and the routines they have with their dogs. I try my best to adhere as closely as possible to a pet's normal routine.
6. Caitlin H.
“Caitlin was great. This was our first Rover booking and she exceeded our expectations. On time, smooth transitions, and good communication. We will contact her again when we come back to the area.”
7. Maria C.
“Maria did an excellent job with our pup Mango (a large male golden retriever), who was at that tough adolescent stage when she started working with him. Mango has noise anxiety, is still developing leash walking skills and lacks confidence when other dogs are around. She regularly walked him several times a week and it went so well. Maria developed a relationship with Mango and explored various options to see what would work best with him. She was able to get him engaged in activities that pushed his boundaries in positive ways, fostering growth and additional confidence. She integrated her own pup in walking to give Mango a positive model to follow when he felt nervous. By the end, Maria had Mango making successful trips to the dog park and exploring new trails and that would not have been possible without her caring efforts. Maria was extremely professional, reliable and a pleasure to engage with. I would highly recommend her.”
8. Whitney H.
“Whitney is one of the most loving dog people I know. She has an amazing pup of her own that is like another child. Whitney has one of the greatest pet friendly home and yards, as there's plenty of space, comfy couches, and dogs are treated like royalty. I can't imagine anyone I'd trust more with my own dog.”
9. Giuliana C.
“Our experience with Giuliana was great! She's incredibly conscientious and thoughtful, and our dog Zoe was in great hands with her. We give her the highest recommendation, and certainly plan to use her services again.”
10. Alison R.
“We were relieved we could count on Alison to talk our pup Walnut for walks while we skied on two separate occasions. She was there right on time for the allotted dog walks and sent helpful photos of her walks with Walnut. Thanks again, Alison!”
11. Jaime F.
“Jaime was awesome!! Loved watching my pup bounce around when she arrived, and appreciated the updates during/after the walks. Will definitely book again!!”
12. Ariel W.
“Ariel is reliable, knowledgeable, and super caring. She always takes great care of our beagle babies. We get lots of photos and videos when we're gone and our dogs LOVE her. She always shows up on time, takes our dogs on adventures, and gives them all of the attention whenever we're away. We never have to worry when we're gone, we know our dogs have a great time!”
13. Rose G.
“Rose and Alexandra’s lives revolve around their own dogs. They are like their children, and they treat them that way. They are very attentive to their pets well beings, physically and emotionally. Rose has in the past volunteered untold hours of her personal time in shelters for animals to insure their well being. I have no doubt that they would treat all pets with the same love and respect as their own. Rose has owned and cared for dogs, cats, horses and other pets her entire life and has a heart for all of Gods creatures.”
14. Alaysha & Alexander G.

18. Mila D.
About: I love dogs! I grew up with a little black poodle named Cherry who is 18 years old now and is featured here! I have been a dog walker for my neighbors whenever they needed in the past. I would love a dog of my own, but since moving to Richmond our rental doesn’t allow it, so I’m hoping Rover will be a fun way to get my doggo fix! Very comfortable with dogs of all sizes. I am a full time physical therapist/strength train consistently, so very comfortable handling bigger girls and boys. Please contact me if your dog needs a walk! I often start late or end early so can be quite flexible depending on your needs. Happy to be prioritize your furry friend as able! I am very respectful of your particular needs/requests. Everyone is a little different. Happy to dog sit and eventually be able to have dogs come stay with me as my landlord allows. Mainly hoping to help with dog walking. I am very mindful of surroundings and ensure we are safe/properly leashed up before heading outside.

About: I currently work full time as a veterinary technician and have years of experience with all types of animals. I also grew up on a farm and currently work on a horse farm as a hobby in my free time. I throughly enjoy pet sitting and spoil them as if they are my own. My favorite part of the job is meeting new people, their pets & all the different personalities i get to enjoy. I want to make your pets as comfortable & happy as possible while you’re away. I stick to their daily routines to have some normality while you’re gone. I have a lot of knowledge with animals and their health. I’ll be able to take care of your pet daily and if there is any emergencies or issues, I’ll know how to safely handle them. I’m also comfortable administrating medications. My schedule is pretty consistent each week. Each work day is typically 8 hours long but some days are shorter than others. Depending on location, lunch time breaks are available! My biggest responsibility is safety; keeping your pet safe while happy is my top priority. This goes for while on walks, adventures or even just bathroom breaks. As well as any sickness that may come up while you’re gone. Being a veterinary technician, i can realize a sickness sooner than others and know the right course of action.
