About: I’ve cared for animals since I was a child from dogs and cats to horses and working on farms. I now have three dogs that I have raised and trained since puppies. They are now 5,7, and 12. I have an overwhelming love for all animals. I’m currently working at the Wheel Inn in Benson, VT. I work nights and weekends so I have extra free time during daytime hours in the week. My pets at home run free, but I do have a small area fenced in if need. When caring for others pets I will follow any guidelines they have for their pets.

About: Having 21 years of personal pet care experience, both on and off of a farm, I have general knowledge of dog obedience training, socialization training and general grooming of both dogs and cats. I am always willing to learn new things, especially for the sake of the animals that I am responsible for, as well as encourage them to have fun, feel loved and know that they are always in the best care! I have high standards for myself in this regard, so you can always expect that your pet will be in the best hands. Not only that, but you can also count on my loving your furry friend as my very own. I work full time, Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; I take hour long lunch breaks, traveling home to care for my pup and taking care of business in between. Weekends are open, within reason, and I am willing to modify my schedule for the right person and pet. I will follow clients’ specific guidelines on how to care for their pet(s), observing and reporting anything and everything that occurs during each visit. Routine and consistency is everything, and I will follow these to a “T”!

About: I have always had dogs my whole life and I love to be around animals of all kinds! I have worked at a kennel and a small animal hospital, where I had the opportunity to handle and play with all sorts of sizes, breeds and temperaments of dogs. I love going on dog walks, since it’s so special to be able to interact with a dog in a more relaxed environment. I think that exercise is a crucial part of a dogs life and I would love to help anyone that may not have quite enough time to get their dog out and about as much as they would like to. About: My name is Melissa and I have taken care of animals since my first dog in second grade. I currently have one 15 year old cat, a 12 year old Labrador, and a 10 year old Shih-Tzo. For many years my spouse and I fostered or adopted senior dogs who may not have had a chance to be adopted. I have open availability on weekends, however on weekdays I am available early mornings, evenings and overnights. I’m not available during the daytime on weekdays. I am experienced feeding animals in a variety of ways and will follow your instructions on feeding and walking. I ensure animals are well cared for, played with, and that they receive the attention and care needed.

About: I have worked at two doggy daycares, and this experience has given me the ability to understand what your dog needs and how to keep your best friend safe, happy, and healthy. I have a wealth of experience in pet care. Throughout my life, I have been responsible for taking care of my two dogs at home, as well as living with eight cats for a period of six months. Currently, I am a proud owner of a cat. Additionally, I have been caring for non-domestic animals, such as chickens, for the past eight years. Moreover, I have the opportunity to work with large groups of dogs on a daily basis. It's truly a fulfilling experience to provide care and support to these wonderful creatures. Animals require more mental stimulation than people may think. Just like humans, they thrive on mental stimulation. That's why it's crucial for animals to have social interactions with both humans and other animals. Providing exercise and outdoor time is essential for their well-being. About: We are family of four. We love pets. Mom and Dad have been dog owners for half our lives. Right now we are not ready to be full time dog owners because of our children. About: Relationship with animals has always been a passion of mine. I started grooming dogs with my grandmother at the age of 10, but was her assistant long before I earned the title. It brings me joy and fulfillment to care for pups and cats alike, while creating an environment where they (and you) can feel safe and earn my trust in the process. As a part time bartender at Pascolo Restaurant in Downtown Burlington, it would fit into my schedule to walk dogs in the morning, afternoon and early evening as well as weekends. There is a lot of freedom to work around your schedule :) In my home, I live off of Main Street in Vergennes and can provide safe walking around town as well as some of the trails near by. In your home, I am quick to adapt to whatever will make you most comfortable!

About: I’ve been around lots of dogs my whole life and have experience potty training and behavior training them as well. Dogs have always been a passion of mine and I would love to take care of yours as well. I work full time from 7:30 to 5 Monday through Friday but on my free time I would love to check on or hangout with your pups and I am always free to pet sit at your house or mine depending on your preference! I just like to make sure that everyone is happy and comfortable, whether that be having lots of toys or having their own space to chill out alone.

About: I have taken car of dogs of every kind for the past 10 years. I am experienced with cats, birds, and reptiles as well. I work as an assistant at a veterinary hospital so i also have knowledge and access to care. I do work a full time job mon-fri but can take as long of a lunch as need be for walks or visits and check ins! I pet sit at any home as instructed by the client. Whether that includes walks or going to the local dog park near by multiple times a day or just letting the dog out in the fenced in back yard at their own home. It is the clients decision.
