“This was the first time leaving Nellie (12 yr old female) with any one but family. One week before our 2 week trip, we were left with no one to watch Nellie. We found Amy on Rover and she seemed like a good fit right away. We set up a meet and greet with Nellie and Amy and it went well, and we felt comfortable enough to leave Nellie with her and her family. The most important attribute that Amy had that was important to us was her comfort in administering lots of meds to a very resistant Nellie. Amy had her way and it worked perfectly with Nellie. Amy sent daily pictures or videos that meant so much to us, thank you! It is nice knowing that if we need to board Nellie again that we have our perfect fit with Amy.”

“Penny had such a good time with Elliot and Dominique! We were and they were perfect for Penny. We were a bit apprehensive, since this was the first time we had left our 8-month-old puppy at someone else's house, but we were impressed with their set-up when they invited us to check them out, and they were perfect for Penny! We got an update and pictures on Rover every day (they even realized that she'd never seen snow before and sent a photo of her the day Rochester got its first snow of the year). All-in-all a great experience and we have already booked another stay!”

“After meeting Cloe, members of her rescued canine family, and feeling her general love of animals (her warm water fish, and her large bird), I felt absolutely happy and very secure leaving my 4yr. old American Eskimo with her. She was wonderful to deal with, and great with my pup, despite his lack of comfort meeting new people and new pups. I told Cloe he'd come around, he was wary at first. It did take a while, but Cloe won him over! Her patience and TLC did the trick. Wonderful sitter, great home environment. Would highly recommend Cloe, and would definitely ask her to take care of my pup again.”
