They were incredibly patient with me and very flexible with my travel schedule. Plus they put up with all of Chavos quirks! “In a word, Robert is incredible. He was very thorough before the booking started and got to know Daphne with me present. He clocked her separation anxiety quickly and somehow won her over almost as fast. While taking care of Daphne, he maintained good communication, sent images and videos and generally put my mind at ease. Most of all, Daphne has grown to love him.
