Florence sent daily pictures and videos and gave regular status updates on how my guy was doing. Her fenced in yard was great for my guy to be able to run around off-leash, a premium experience for a city dog! I highly recommend trusting your dog with Florence and Phoenix and will absolutely work with her again in the future.”

“Rusa and her family were so wonderful to our doggy. Our dog has had anxiety with previous boarders but she became so comfortable with Rusa and her family very quickly. Rusa also gave daily updates with photos, even cleaned our doggy’s eyes, and put booties on her paws when it snowed to protect her from the salt in streets. She was very communicative and trustworthy. Highly recommend.”

“A savior. My dog was previously discriminated against at a kennel because of my dogs breed, and I was at a loss of what to do when entrusting my dogs care, and time was of the essence. Finding someone new was uncomfortable at best, but meeting Rich and his crew, and seeing how much my dog loved being there was a HUGE comfort. When I left Fin there, I did not worry, and that is saying something, as I was flying across the country, and leaving my dog in his care. I got very frequent updates and photos on how Fin was doing. We will be returning to Rich, without a doubt, in the future for my dogs care, and his doggy girlfriend, too. Run. Don’t walk, to have this man take care of your dogs.”

“We brought our Bernese, Romeo, to Michele when we were expecting our baby so we were in the hospital for a few days. Michele offered to take him a day earlier for us so we could get ready for the arrival of our baby, and was able to keep him an extra day last minute when we were returning home. Romeo had a great time with Michele’s dog, Duke. She sent us photos and kept us updated during the few days Romeo was with her. We knew he was in great hands while staying at her house. We will definitely use Michele again!”
