She was incredibly prompt in responding to any messages I sent and consistently provided numerous pictures to keep me updated on Flora, which I truly appreciated. This booking with Rachel was my first experience with Rover, so I wasn't entirely familiar with the site or its process. Consequently, I misunderstood some of the details of my booking, but Rachel was incredibly understanding and accommodating! Overall, I highly recommend Rachel's services and will definitely book her again for any future needs.”

“We were lucky to find Sara on Rover. Sasha has only been under the care of family and friends so I was very anxious about finding a dog-sitter for my equally anxious dog, especially as we had just finished a long distance move and Sasha was still adjusting to a bunch of changes related to the move. Sara is incredibly kind and considerate. Her extensive experience with rescues made me feel more comfortable with leaving Sasha in her care. We had briefly met so that our dogs could get acquainted. I liked that Sasha had some animal counselors, Rosemary and Millie, to show her the ropes. ;) Sara kept me updated each day with pictures and texts and when I came to pick Sasha up from "camp" it seemed like she was actually hesitating to leave. ? I wouldn't hesitate to drop Sasha off at Camp Sara and Friends in the future. She's definitely a gem on the app.”
