About: Hello I’m Hannah! Originally from London, I now call the beautiful Bay Area my home. I've been a dog and cat owner since I was a little girl. There hasn’t been a time in my life where there hasn’t been a canine or feline in my household. I even took care of my Cocker Spaniel when I went to university! Today, I regularly look after my father's rescue dog, his flat coat retriever and two cats. This lifelong exposure to dogs and cats, has given me a deep understanding of canine and feline needs. My love for animals extends to all kinds of pets, and I am known for being an extremely caring and attentive person. As for my pet skills, I have a natural ability to connect with animals and make them feel comfortable and loved. I am skilled in providing basic care such as feeding, walking, and grooming, as well as giving them the attention and affection they crave. I also just love taking dogs out on adventures! Overall, my genuine love for animals, combined with my years of hands-on experience, sets me apart as a pet sitter who truly understands and cares for the well-being of all pets. I work from home with my husband so your pet will never be left alone. We love getting outdoors too so your pups will be well exercised! We don’t own any pups at the moment, but we often take care of my father’s dogs so can include them in the activities if your pet likes having furry companions. I have a fenced yard, we are in a house that has been split into two apartments. We live in a very safe and leafy neighbourhood close to beaches, hiking trails and many lovely walking spots!

“Lydia has been one of the most holistically caring people I’ve met in the North Bay. As her (former) neighbor of 2+ years, I absolutely loved knowing that Lydia was nearby. She is also incredibly calm and serene, so living next to her was a joy. Being Lydia’s neighbor for 2+ years also meant that I had the pleasure of watching her care for dogs, and her late dog, Lily White. Lily was an elderly dog for as long as I knew them, and the care that Lydia showed was remarkable — Lydia made Lily’s meals from scratch, ensuring that only real, healthy ingredients were given to Lily so Lydia could help her to be as healthy and as long-lived as possible. Their (multiple) daily walks were slow paced whenever necessary, making sure Lily was comfortable while also enjoying her time outside and with Lydia. Seeing Lily so well cared for in her final years was heartwarming. My cat, Bird, is the love of my life, and she also loved both Lydia and Lily. I would trust Lydia with Bird’s care without any reservations, knowing Bird would receive not only good food and exercise but also the genuine love and affection she’s come to expect from me. Bird felt comfortable enough to walk straight into Lydia’s home, sniffing around, despite Lily’s presence (and size!). I would be happy to vouch for Lydia’s wonderful care, for both homes and animals, any time. Anyone would be lucky to have Lydia looking after their place or their beloved pets.”

“Sam was wonderful! From the first meet and greet to the follow up to make sure we'd arrived home safely, she was conscientious and caring. Bahama was well taken care of - medicines, brush time, outside time and lots of cozy rests. Our retired Guide Dog breeder is going to be 15 in April, so having her at home in her own environment with someone who was experienced, loving and reliable was a priority. Sam fit that requirement and then some. My husband I highly recommend her.”
