There were frequent updates with pictures and video and a personalized report card on Chanel at pick up. We will definitely seek their services again.”

She gets SO excited when we drop her off; which in my mind is such a great indication of how much she loves spending time with them!! They send pictures and respond very quickly whenever I send a message to “check on Sydney”! We couldn’t be happier we found Sydney a home away from home when she’s unable to go with us. My drop off and pick up times were both changed at the last minute, and Paul very graciously accommodated us, availing his home and making the whole process very easy and uncomplicated. We received many e-mail updates with photos which were great and reassured us that Walter was happy and well tended to.
