Vanessa sent us regular updates and a thorough summary of Mack's daily activities. While we were gone, Vanessa was walking Mack when an unleashed dog tried to attack him. Vanessa acted quickly and got Mack out of a dangerous situation. She then promptly notified us of the incident. We are really impressed with Vanessa and highly recommend her!”
