“Fantastic experience with Lindsay and Ava. It was a relief to be able to leave our two pups with her over the holiday and she was super flexible and worked with our unpredictable schedule. About: I had to say goodbye to my Max , Dec 2023. He was my lil buddy for 11 years and the very best gift I ever received. He will forever hold a piece of my heart I am semi retired and plan to travel frequently, so a new full time pup isn't in my future. I miss the walks, snuggles and licks so thought caring for someone else's baby would scratch that itch. Since I've said goodbye to my Max, I've had few pupsnin my care ( referrals from a groomer) and one from Rover and repeat guests. It's enjoyable having the company. Walks, snuggles and playtime are frequent and the guests I've had have seemed most at home. I work a part-time schedule 4 days a week and have the ability to bring a well behaved socialized pup, that doesnt have much to say, with me to the office if I feel it will be a longer than 5hr day. Dogs are family. We take care of our heart health with several walks throughout the day and make sure there are plenty of on lead potty breaks. People food is for people, but puppy treats are a part of daily life. If you have different restrictions or none at all, I can absolutely accommodate.
11. Brianna M.
“Brianna so kindly watched our dog in a pinch. She kept us updated while he was in her care, and it really gave us peace of mind knowing he was okay and having fun. He was in good hands. Thank you again, Brianna!”
12. Sommer M.
About: Hello! My name is Sommer. I've been on Rover since January 2024! I love animals and have had experience with pets my whole life (Dogs, cats, parrots, small lizards, gerbils, fish, chickens). I’m a mom of an 8 and 6 year old who also love animals. My Husband and I have been married since 2009. We currently own chickens that are pets and lay eggs for us. We live in a quiet Hartland neighborhood in a cul-de-sac that is very low traffic. Part of our yard is fenced for play and potty breaks, and I love taking daily walks around our neighborhood. In the last year we lost our beloved family dog and we really miss having a furry friend in our home. We are sensitive to animals' needs at all ages and uphold the utmost respect for your deserving companion! When they are happy so are we! I currently work part-time from home so I have plenty of time to spend with your pet! I'm available any day of the week for boarding. I live in a quiet cul-de-sac. I always practice sit-stay when opening the door to prevent bolting out. Our yard is partially fenced and outside the fence your pet will always be leashed. If I am away for a short period and it's needed for safety or per your preference, we do have a large crate and an enclosed pet gate.
13. Erin C.
“Erin is dependable, responsible, and professional. I 100% highly recommend her services if you are looking for someone trustworthy to take care of your pup!”
14. Clinton J.
“My two dogs love Clinton! He helps them use up excess energy by running around in his fenced-in yard, playing fetch, and walking them around the neighborhood. Then, he takes the time to give them LOTS of snuggles and attention. You can tell he's passionate about animal care and dogs.”
15. Mari M.
“Mari was extremely kind and thoughtful in caring for my pup. She even worked with him on some basic commands, which is no small feat with him:) I will definitely be re-booking with her if she'll have Teller back!”
16. Himaja J.
About: I am our doggo was a 9 yr old Double layered German Shepard. He was my brother, best buddy, and my biggest stress buster. He passed away last year because of a chronic kidney disease. I enjoy every single thing about it. Taking care of dogs is no different than taking care of kids or babies, you have to give them as much attention and always be ready to play! Dogs bring lots of joy and happiness to our lives, and taking care of them, playing with them, and loving them is the perfect way for us to pay them back. Thats the exact thing i will do during your dog's stays with me! I enjoy playing with them because I love seeing a happy dog. Seeing them running around wagging their tails is a great feeling of accomplishment. Most important of all is love, always give them lots of love just as much as they give us!
17. Sadie P.
“Sadie has cared for my Lucy on many occasions, whether its weekends that I'm out of town or I'm running late at work and I need someone to let her out to go potty. She always sends me pictures so I know shes there and taken care of... even though I never worry about my Lucy when sadie is caring for her. I always recommend her when someone I know is looking for someone to care for their animal.”
18. Kelly H.
“Look no further. Kellys care, integrity, compassion, attention to detail, loyalty, dependability, thoughtfulness, cleanliness, empathy and care for her own personal pets as well as others, is UNMATCHED. Kelly has been a great friend of mine for over 14 years. If you’re having mixed feelings/emotions of leaving your precious fur baby in the hands of someone else, I can assure you, Kelly will exceed your expectations.”
19. Courtney B.
“Courtney was great! She was so flexible and willing to work with our dog that has separation anxiety. She kept us updated throughout the whole day as well! Cooper had a blast with Courtney and her dogs!”
20. Abby T.
“Abby is an extreme dog lover. She would do anything for not only her own dog, but others too. Abby has a dog named Butter and she is a sweet, loving, excited, and happy yellow lab. Abby takes her on long walks, fun adventures, and even takes her to a pet store every week to pick out a new toy/bone and check out all the other animals. I don't trust many people with my Golden Retriever Rafa, but I'm so thankful I have Abby to take care of him. Rafa loves going to Abby's house and playing with Butter and getting all of the love. Abby treats all of the dogs she watches so well and she will spoil them all with love!!!”
