She took directions, listened when I explained how Harry was an escape artist, and Lily didn’t like strangers in her house. When I arrived back home 5 hours later all was quiet on the western front. I would positively use Ella again, I would also highly recommend her.”

Having her staying in the house gave us peace of mind because it was comforting to Pua, we knew meals and meds were administered as prescribed, and also helpful for us to have someone keeping an eye on our home. We loved receiving photos and video of Pua every day from Roxanne. We could relax, knowing that Pua and Roxanne were bonding and keeping to her normal schedule.”

She took notes and remained in contact with us between when we booked her stay with Fifi and when she watched her. She even arranged a phone call with us the week before to go over everything. Fifi is very picky with who she likes and on a special diet and she warmed up to Carolina right away! We definitely recommend her and would use her again!!”
