He's 6 months and has never been away from home or around other dogs since we got him, so this was all very new for him, but Emily and Bobby made sure to let us come by the day before drop off to introduce him to the other dogs and familiarize himself inside and outside their home since he would be staying for 4 nights. The introductions were gradual so Tatanka didn't get overwhelmed and by the time we were leaving, it was like taking your kid out of the McDonald's Playland after they'd made a bunch of best friends. Lol I know these reviews and make or break a decision, I just want you to know that Tatanka is our child and I'm SUPER neurotic and over protective, and I wouldn't even think twice about leaving him with Emily again. She went above and beyond to help ease our stress while giving him a safe place to run and be a puppy. I trust her and Bobby completely and you can too!!”

About: I grew up in a dog family and have had my own dog for three years. I have experience with little dogs, medium dogs, large dogs, puppies, senior dogs, and dogs with special health needs. I have a Scottish Terrier who loves to play, chase, and wrestle other dogs. To be quite honest, I’m signed up for Rover so he has doggy buddies to hang out with here and there. He loves to play but also knows how to leave dogs alone when they don’t want anything to do with him. I have a fenced in yard and take multiple walks daily and let my own dog come and go into the backyard. Adding an extra dog into the mix would be so fun. I think dogs are the cutest and I’d love to have a second lil bud hanging around. My husband and I work from home full time, so we are at home all day, every day. I usually take my breaks out in the backyard to get some fresh air, and I always take my dog out with me while I do. No big deal to add an extra dog or two to the mix. We have a fully fenced in back yard and a dog of our own who is friendly to other dogs. My dog LOVES to play with other dogs. He likes to chase, be chased, and to wrestle. Your dog will have free rein of the house if it’s well house trained, or just range of the first floor (without carpet) if not. I will be home all day to keep an eye on dogs and give scratches and cuddles as desired.

“Our Bubba had so much fun at Dawn’s! He got along with her dogs and the other dogs she was boarding. He was a sleepy boy when we picked him up because of how much he ran around and played! She was very communicative. We had a sitter fall through last minute and Dawn took Bubba without hesitation! We will definitely be booking with her again.”
