I can be worry-free leaving him with her. She is attuned to the things that make him feel safe vs anxious and responds to his needs. She is proactive in communicating and always checks with me on details about what would be the best thing for him.”

She understands each dog and their needs and adjusts accordingly. We have a smaller dog that is a huge people person and makes her wishes known....Crystal followed her cues and made my dog’s stay comforting for her. Booking with Rover was super easy and Crystal was super accommodating with our ever changing reservation! We will definitely bring our dog back when we are away!!”

“Angela & Michael were very understanding, caring, and went beyond the expected on trying to make sure our dog will be comfortable and happy while under their care. Ours is a very sensitive dog, very attached to us and pretty sure he suffers of separation anxiety, so he was very stressed and sad the first day, he even acted aggressively for the first time to other people, but they were very understanding of his situation and emotions and by the next morning he was himself again, the whole family interacted with ShiZhu and made him feel at home, loved and well cared.”
