“Henry was happy at Jane's resident. He got along well with her, her dog and family. Her husband gave Henry special attention at night because Henry did not want to be in a separate room at night so he slept in same room as Henry. Jane has a yard that Henry enjoyed with her dog. Jane and her husband were sweet and we did a meet and greet before drop off. Jane was able to take care of Henry's special diet restrictions. I would use Jane again:)”

She kept us up to date with all his adventures (walks, playing in the backyard with her two dogs Whiskey and Willow, and other family adventures outside). You could tell that he was safe, having fun, and that he was being tended by a steady hand. We were worried he wouldn’t want to leave!”

Cassie was diligent in preparing for his 7-night stay with her. She asked questions, as well as made her own additional notes and timetables to go with our printed instructions. Her place is is clean and tidy and she is very responsible and responsive. We also love that she is a genuinely nice person and easy to talk to! All very valuable attributes and difficult to find on Rover! She sent us daily updates with photos and videos. Leroy received lots of attention and snuggles. We felt at ease knowing our pup was in good hands. Leroy came back relaxed and clean, even with all the recent rains! Without a doubt, we would book with Cassie again! But I ended up getting Covid and asked Rachel if she could extend to another week as I was recovering. Rachel could not have been more kind and flexible with our unexpected change of plans. Rachel goes above and beyond—so attentive to details and responsible. She and her family are wonderful with playing with our dog, working with him on training and commands, taking him on walks, and giving lots of snuggles and love. I always love seeing the pictures and videos she sends—I love seeing my dog’s happy face!! Our family is thankful for Rachel and her family for the home away from home that they provide for our sweet doggie!”
