About: I am available for pet-sitting and dog-walking in the Rutherford County Area! I grew up on a small farm, and lived with dogs and cats all my life. I currently am the pet parent to one spoiled Netherland Dwarf rabbit named Patchouli, and I help my parents care for their three dogs, three cats, and two goats. In the past, I have worked at a doggy daycare/kennel, a pet vaccination clinic, and have volunteered at two veterinary clinics and a wildlife rehabilitation center. I currently work a full-time job a 24-hour pet care facility, and my schedule generally is 8:00am-4:00pm on weekdays and some Saturdays, although it can vary; I will keep my calendar updated to reflect this. I am very attentive to pets' body language and signals. I am very gentle with pets and consistently allow them time to get to know me and feel comfortable. I will request information about each pet's comfortablity with other humans, pets, and separation from owners, and plan accordingly.
11. Enid ''Zia'' T.
“Zia has stayed at our house with our very much like a person standard poodle, Teddy. We all love her and are extremely grateful that we can go out of town without any nervousness. We know she’ll take care of anything that comes up. Excellent person, sensible and very easy going.”
12. Sarah R.
“Sarah, visited our two pups a couple times each day while we traveled for Thanksgiving and did awesome! She is prompt and consistent in her visits. Sarah took time before we left to fully understand the habits of Gunner and Willow and our wishes for how best to spend her time during visits. We will definitely use her services again.”
13. Ashley S.
“Loved Ashley! I went out of town to visit my declining father and I needed a last minute sitter for my 2 golden doodles. Ashley presented very confident and was quick to learn our needed daily routine for the doodles. Ashley never let their needs slip by the wayside and now my doggos can’t wait to see her again. I will be using her in the future and I cannot recommend her enough! Brad and Serena say thank you! 🐶”
14. Breanna C.
“Breanna did an amazing job with my kitties while we were out on vacation. She sent me updates/pics on every single visit. I could tell that they were in good hands. We were able to enjoy our vacation with peace of mind. She even went an extra mile and watered my indoor and outdoor plants. On her last visit, she left a thank you card, a gift and some treats for my cats! I will definitely consider booking with her again next time.”
15. Isabel G.
“Isabel has taken care of our animals many times. She is very good with the animals and responsible. Paying attention to detail and loving on our babies!”

About: I grew up with small dogs and now have two large rescues of my own. It took a lot of training to get mine where they are today, but now we enjoy having play dates and watching friends all the time. I left my job as a teacher to work from home because I couldn’t bear to be away from my puppies so much (and daycare is expensive). I’d be happy to discuss caring for your pets! I work from home with a pretty flexible schedule. I’m also happy to host your pups at my very dog friendly home as long as our babies get along! I have a very securely fenced yard with a dog door so they can play inside and out as they please. We also have a ball pit full of toys to keep everyone entertained! If your dog doesn't already know basic commands like sit, shake, down and stay, I can teach them by the end of their stay!

About: I’m a software development student and bartender with management experience looking to fill some free time and make a little extra money. I can’t think of a better way than to spend time with your fur baby! My family has had dogs of all ages and sizes as far back as my memory goes. I am not a dog owner currently, seeing as my schedule does not allow for the full commitment of ownership each pup requires! I do have two cats and live in a two bedroom, so your pet will never be alone and will have space to roam about. Outside of work and school, I love camping, hiking, reading, and live music. I would love to take your pup in a neighborhood stroll, or have a companion for a short hike!
18. Ashley M.
“Ashley is an animal lover to the core. She has had many pets of all different shapes and sizes including dogs, cats, horses and reptiles! She puts pet care first everyday to ensure everyone is happy and healthy. Ashley also took care of my dog for one week while I was on vacation. My dog gets very anxious when left alone and Ashley made sure my dog could join her in all her daily tasks. I had no stress while I was away knowing that my dog was in Ashley's hands!”

About: I have 3 dogs, different breeds. My oldest is a black labradoodle and my middle is an American bully and my youngest is an golden doodle. They have different foods specifically for them, I have a better understanding of my dogs and cats body language and food sensitivity and health issues than I can understand with my husband. I have taken care of many dogs and cats for my friends or family when they need me. I am currently working from 8am to 4:30pm on Monday through Friday. I am openly available weekdays at 5pm till 6:30am, I am also available anytime on Saturday and sunday. I have 3 dogs and a large yard. My dogs have their own bedroom and beds, they live inside and have access to go outside to the back porch if needed (they are trained to come inside after bathroom). I have alot of leashes if needed also. I give my dogs 40 to an hour every day to play outside in the field with me also, it helps calm my ADHD down because I also have alot of energy like my dogs.

About: Ever since middle school I've house-sat + taken care of dogs/cats, including walks, feeds, etc. Currently I am beginning a nonprofit for animals - ezanimalrights dot org- and need some income to support this endeavor! I work from home - as does my wife - and have time to work on pet care every day, every hour, if needed. Same applies to weekly. A detail-oriented approach is vital for this, as well as constant communication. When caring for pets in people's homes, I send lots of pictures + written updates. Keeping the home secure (e.g., stoves not on) is a big priority as well.
