“This was my first time entrusting someone to watch over Louie while I was to be off on vacation for 9 days. I met Ashley in her house and was able to see and hear from her how things usually run with the dogs. I brought all of Louie's things with him and gave her the instructions of what to do before heading out. When we came back to pick him up, she bathed him and washed all his items (bed, blanket, shirts) before bringing it all to me. He came back very tired, he's been mainly napping all day since he came back! Every day I was giving photos to update on how Louie was, especially with the other dogs. Any time I had a question she'd be quick to answer it all for me in as much detail as she could. I really recommend booking your stays in advance, she's high demand for a reason!”

She lives steps away from a park and loves taking our little one for walks which helped calm her initial separation anxiety. “Donna was amazing taking care of Henry and Hugo. She was very thorough and asked questions about providing care for Henry who has mild arthritis. They spent 2 weeks with her and every day we received pictures of them playing and kissing each other and her dog and she kept us posted on food supplies and everything. They had such a good time it was difficult getting them ready to come home. We will not hesitate to refer her or use her in the future for caring for them. It was such a delight working with her and very grateful for a pleasant experience with peace of mind.”
