“They were extremely accommodating with our pick up and drop off schedule. I have used river maybe five or six times in the past, and that last time I use them I had a very bad experience with poor communication and people were so polite and had a beautiful property and kept in constant communication with plenty of pictures and when it was time for me to pick up my dog, we had a lot of traffic and we’re over an hour late and they were happy to oblige. I will definitely leave my stellar with him anytime and I plan to leave her with them in the future anytime I need a sitter. They sent me lots of pictures. They even went as far as printing out some pictures for us, and they gave Stella a little bandanna like she would have when she left a groomer. They were very polite and had a great backyard, and my dog was very happy when I picked her up, so I know that they treated her well. They are definitely an A+ sitter. I highly recommend them and I have used the multiple times was good and bad and I had nothing but good things to say about them.”

“Paola and her children were amazing with my senior doggie. I could tell my dog had a wonderful time with her. She even made an effort to go out and grab other food to try and get my dog to eat (she tends to get home sick without me). I booked her again on my way home for our next planned vacation! “OMG!!! Evelyn was the best from the meet & greet until the pick after our vacation. This was my first time using this app and a dog sitter and Evelyn was so patient with me. She sent a text every morning to let us know that our fur baby was okay. Evelyn also sent pictures and videos. I will differently going to Evelyn again if I need a dog sitter again. “James is THEE BEST. He’s had Gizmo for 10 days while I was away and I’ve received daily photos and videos. He was even so courteous enough to ask if he can use a certain type of shampoo on my fur baby. It’s hard to trust people you don’t know with your family, especially when you’re away for such a long time. Gizmo looked like he was having so much fun staying with James. The first day I picked him up, it was like he wasn’t excited to be home with me lol. He seemed so happy and content and tired lol. James will be my FIRST thought anytime I need a sitter. I’ve already told friends how great he was and if they ever need a sitter to reach out to him. Thank you so much for taking such great care of him! You will be seeing him again.”

“Our anxious girl Sophie stayed with Desi and Marilyn for a week. She was so well taken care of and got to socialize with lots of friendly dogs without it being too overwhelming for her. One of the best perks is that Desi and Marilyn already have pretty much everything your dog needs. This was a huge timesaver for me when I had to pack up my human family for vacation. It also meant less stress for Sophie because she didn't see her things being packed up.”
