It is obvious Chelsi cares for the pups staying with her and the 1:1 attention is above and beyond the alternative of a kennel that has multiple dogs and only a couple outings during their stay. I will definitely be hoping she's available if I ever cannot bring Coco out of town with me.”

“Our family boarded Baby Bennett with Kaitlyn and Scott while we were on an 8-day holiday trip. After a successful meet and greet with their dogs, we communicated regularly regarding expectations, habits and routines. They were extremely flexible about drop off, items to bring, etc. We dropped off Bennett, who appeared terrified when we left. We received regular updates and pictures, showing how he was adjusting to his temporary home. When I wanted to pick him up after returning home, I had car trouble and Kaitlyn offered to drop Bennett home--with all of his gear. While he seemed happy to be home, he was also well rested, not stressed, and a little unhappy to part with Kaitlyn. We're very grateful!”

“Debbie was able to take Teddy into boarding during Christmas Eve and Christmas, and Teddy seemed to enjoy himself! She sent a little update and photo every day. She also gave him a bath before sending him home. Very nice!”
