“5 STARS HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!! Our little girl has a sensitive stomach and began having problems due to her new prescribed food while we were away. Chuck made sure to monitor her while also taking great care of her. We received updates daily & when Luna’s food started upsetting her again, Chuck helped take her to the vet to see if there was anything else they could do. He made her fresh meals and gave her the medication she needed and a bath (which she hates and puts up a fight). He stayed up with her throughout the night and took her to the bathroom early in the morning hours and even late at night to make sure she was okay. Your pup will be in good hands with Chuck. I can’t thank you enough we need more people like you in this world.”

“This was our first time using the Rover app. Me and my family were going away on vacation and needed someone to watch and care for our big boy Ben. We had a meet and greet with Gina and her husband the following day after our request and instantly felt relieve and at ease. They’re super friendly and welcoming people. It’s not easy leaving your fur babies with strangers but we knew we made the right choice. Pick up and drop off was also provided and went pretty smooth. Throughout the week we received many updates, pictures and videos on our Lab. Based on the photos we knew he was happy and being cared for the way we would. “We have been using Catherine now for almost 3 years and there is a reason for that. She is a wonderful person who loves our dog as if it were her own. We pull up to her house and Murray knows exactly where he is and gets so excited. As soon as he sees Catherine walking towards the car he starts running and pulling on the leash because he can't get to her fast enough! At this point he doesn't even know us anymore! Catherine has taken care of Murray when we had to go away and he had a broken paw. She sent us a picture of him snuggled with her that made me cry because I thought she was getting all my Murray love! We now call her mommy Catherine. If I say to him, "want to go see mommy Catherine?" he starts jumping all over me and is excited as can be. This is what tells me that Catherine is the best dog sitter for Murray. She sends us pictures everyday of Murray playing and resting which makes my husband miss him more but gives me so much comfort knowing he is having a great vacation too and I then can enjoy mine. Gone are the days of the kennels! Our furbabies are so very lucky for companies like Rover. Never hesitate to contact Catherine and leave your baby with her. She is the absolute best! We are forever grateful that she has come into our lives.”

“Our puppy, Arlo stayed with Lauren and Beau while we attended a wedding in NYC. She has a beautiful home with a fenced in yard that allows for plenty of outdoor play time. Both Arlo and Beau got on well together and Lauren sent plenty of photos and videos of the two of them having a great time. It was clear that Lauren treated Arlo as one of her own and we will certainly let him go and stay with her again. Overall, just a wonderful experience and highly recommend her to others.”
