“This is our second time boarding our golden doodle puppy with Greg and it’s always been a pleasant stay for our dog. He’s quick with messaging and sends daily photos. Zephyr is very friendly and Scotch loves to play with him. Greg made our experience with boarding worry-free and we will definitely book with him again in the future.”

I was very skeptical about booking through rover since my fur baby suffers from separation anxiety, but Tracey and her Mom did an AMAZING job at comforting her while my husband and I were away. They sent us regular photo updates daily which gave me the piece of mind I needed. It was comforting to know that my fur baby was taken care of and seemed to really be enjoying herself during her stay, she even made a couple of fur friends to keep her company! I highly recommend booking with Tracey if you need someone to watch your fur baby while you’re away, I will DEFINITELY be booking with Tracey again!”

Her property i nestled in Kahaluu and the animals find peace and tranquility in her care. She has her animal on a routine. They are on feeding, running and play routines.”

“Jennifer and Richard are wonderful. They took very good care of Grits. They kept me updated while I was traveling out of state. Grits came home happy without any sign of distress or anexity. This is his first time boarding. It's obvious that they gave him a lot of attention. Also, some great pictures with the updates. Thank you again for taking such good care of him. “Aloha, I would have left a 5 star times infinity rating if I could have! Pat (Patricia M.) took such great care of my pup, Fiji. The thought of kenneling (god forbid) my dog always gave me enormous stress. I cannot possibly express how happy I was when I found out that Pat was in the dog boarding business! Pat (and Luther) treated Fiji like he was part of the family. On top of that, Pat's property is any dog's fantasy, a beautiful Eden surrounded by the Ko'olau mountains with plenty of space to be a dog. My only concern was that Fiji was not going to want to come home (thankfully, he grudgingly got into my Tacoma realizing his vacation was over, too). “Allison was our saving grace for watching our 8 month old lab for us when an unexpected death in the family occurred. Diesel is a special dog near and dear to our hearts as he has been diagnosed with megaesphagus. With that he needs to eat and drink his foods at certain angles, to avoid/ help reduce his food/water from sitting in a pocket in his throat. With this condition, he does throw up a lot if not fed/watered at the angles he’s needed. It’s hard to find sitters who would be willing to help out with special needs like his. We are so unbelievably grateful for her care and love for dogs. Diesel was as happy as can be when we returned 2 weeks later to come home from the funeral. She sent us photos and videos of him playing and updated us on how much he threw up (if any) and how often it happened. I would trust her to watch our precious boy all over again if we ever need a sitter for him.”

But, she provided exceptional service like providing photo updates twice a day and responding to messages promptly. Although I don’t have access to base, it was easy to meet up with Mayra. And the real evidence was when I went to pick up Chloe: she wanted to give a final nuzzle before we left. That showed me how comfortable Chloe was with Mayra and her family. She did exactly what she said she would with pictures and updates, I didn't have to worry about anything! She was so kind to my sweet boy and he was happy to see her, even after only one meeting. He was best friends with her dogs, but was able to share space happily. I'm so thankful for her and glad that my little boy enjoyed himself.”
