This most recent time I did not realize that my pup had a broken nail before dropping her off and Jessica saw it right away, took her to the vet, and went above and beyond to care for her during her week long stay. Also, my flight back to Des Moines was extremely delayed and Jessica was super accommodating and understanding. Jessica is incredibly responsive and I trust her completely with my dog Iommi. “Justin was great watching our dog Chase for a week! He added all the supplements into our dogs food daily, gave him 1:1 time, let him play everywhere (in his home and the backyard,) and sent us daily update photos and videos of Chase! When we first met Justin he asked appropriate questions about Chase and was very welcoming to us and Chase. We are extremely happy to have someone we completely trust to take care of Chase in the future!”

“I’m extremely pleased with the care provided by Megan when she took care of my 2 dogs for 6 days/5 nights while I was out of state on vacation. I had never left them that long with anyone before, and one of mine (Callie) is very attached to me and has some separation anxiety. But my fears were put to rest by Megan’s kind and reassuring manner when we first met and even more so when she sent me updates and several pictures every day to let me know how my pups were doing. She let me know my 2 pups were getting along well with her 2 little dogs, and the pictures reinforced they were making themselves at home. I really appreciated that she has a large fenced in yard for the dogs since mine are used to that. I will definitely use Megan again and am so relieved to know I can leave my dogs with her and they will be well cared for. She is awesome! I highly recommend her.”

“When our new puppy fell into our lap, we were SO EXCITED! She fit right in to our family!! However, within 2 weeks of having her, we had a previously scheduled road trip that didn’t allow for a puppy to tag along. In came Scott to our life! I had never used Rover before, but after meeting Scott, we knew Trooper would be in good hands. We received daily updates, photos, and videos while we were gone…easing our minds that our sweet girl was doing well. She had so much fun run and playing, meeting other dog friends, and forming a special bond with Scott’s own dog. We would highly recommend their services and will definitely use Scott in the future!”

“Cory took great care of our dog while we were away. Our dog can have periods of anxiety and does not do well with other animals, he was able to handle her behaviors without a problem. He sent us regular updates and kept her active all weekend. She was happy and worn out when we picked her up. We would definitely recommend and plan to use him again for future trips!”

After leaving bento with Sue for over a week, it is safe to say that Sue is the best at what she does, I would never look for another sitter again!”
