“Veronica and her family fostered the rescue dog I adopted. Sadie, a small Blue Heeler, stared forlornly through my fence for an hour before she started to warm up to her new environment. It was obvious she was homesick for her foster family. I had to leave town in five days and asked Veronica if she could keep Sadie while I was gone. On the 5th day I had Sadie I left her with Veronica on the way to the airport. Sadie liked me but was overjoyed to see Veronica. My concern about leaving her dissolved—I knew she was attached to her foster family and my absence would not be missed. While I was gone Veronica sent me photos of Sadie frolicking with their dog and relaxing with the family. I think Veronica’s time with her has helped her adjust well to me and my home. Sadie is confident and affectionate because of the effort and attention she received from Veronica and her family.”

We particularly liked how attentive they were to our concerns and, of course, receiving pictures and updates of our dog's stay was EXACTLY what we needed. “Edgar and his family were so welcoming of my 3 pups! I know they can be a lot with lots of high energy but Edgar was happy to care for them as his own for 3 days! He walked my German shepherd & his puppy together on long walks twice a day and let them out to play in the yard several times! He responded promptly to my questions when I would ask how everyone was doing and he would send pics/videos of my dogs being spoiled on his couch or bed. I hope to use Edgar and his family in the future since it can be so hard to find someone willing to care for 3 dogs at once. Thank you so so much.”

“This was the best experience I’ve had with someone watching Porkchop! Osamu and Darrel were so loving and kind, and very understanding of an almost-17-year old dog. They gave lots of updates and pictures and helped him get his medicine with ease. They took him on walks, helped noticed how he’s aging, and offered great suggestions. “Lynn provided a welcoming place to stay for my dog. My dog is a rescue dog who has very little social time and can be defensive. Lynn was very proactive and Lynne’s dog Lucy was too. My dog, Isla, was able to stay with Lynne for two days. Isla was a very happy camper. I will say that Lynne receives 5 stars from me. I will recommend her to anyone looking for a person knowledgeable about pets who has the skills to make it a really great experience for your pet.”

“Just spectacular. I was super nervous because Eydie and I hadn’t been separated for more than a day since she was a small puppy. So I had to be highly confident, that whoever I was to leave her with for a 2 1/2 week vacation, needed to be perfect and Joshua was. From the first meeting, all the way to the end, he was courteous, kind, adoring, prompt, and kept me informed every day. Joshua‘s going to be my go-to sitter from this moment on. And Eydie fell in love with him.”

“Maggie was fantastic with my dogs! I have a little poodle mix (Ozzie a boy) and a chihuahua mix (Winnie a girl) both about a year old and they have never been with a dog sitter before so I was nervous. Winnie isn’t always good with strangers but we did a meet and greet with Maggie about a week before our trip and we could tell they were gonna get along great. She sent my husband and I pictures while we were away, and followed our instructions on feeding, play and really everything we could have asked for. My worst fear was my dogs running away while a was out of town, but Maggie has a very secure front and back patio/yard so I felt they were very safe. I 100% recommend her with your fur babies!”
