“Our dogs name is Phil. He is a pit mix rescue, and he had a difficult first year. He is an impulsive and athletic dog! His manners are lacking. For most of the day, he resembles a sloth. However, for brief moments throughout the day he resembles a banshee! Leaving our boy is a big deal, for both him and for us! Trusting someone else to provide him stability and love in a balanced way was imperative. I searched Rover and we found a fantastic couple to care for Phil! Frank and Lou Ann understood Phil’s needs, were receptive to his signs of bursts of energy coming on, and they were receptive to everything we suggested to maintain as close to our home environment and schedule to support Phil. They loved him while we had a brief trip as a family, and he loved them. The fenced yard was perfect for Phil! They accommodated his giant kennel that he sleeps in, which we call “the circus train.” Frank gave him a nice long walk each day, while Lou Ann reaped the benefits of all the snuggles! Lou Ann consistently sent pics of Phil throughout the 3 days which were both wonderful and helped to ease our minds! We are so thankful to Frank and Lou Ann and are hopeful to be able to take more small trips in the future, now that we have a wonderful and trustworthy couple to care for our big boy, Phil!”

“Katie was absolutely wonderful. She took GREAT care for our black lab Drax on short notice when a sitter fell through for us. She has ample space, clean and well taken care of with lots of room to run and have fun. This was the first time we have ever let our boy be taken care of by a stranger, so we were nervous. She reassured us and was in communication the for the two days he was there. She sent lots of pictures and videos of our boy having a great time with the other dogs. He even made a best friend while he was there. 10/10 would recommend and will use her services again the future. Thank you!”
