“Rachel was absolutely phenomenal! I booked her the day before I had to leave for a 5-day trip, and she turned out to be an absolute lifesaver. She was incredibly prompt in responding to any messages I sent and consistently provided numerous pictures to keep me updated on Flora, which I truly appreciated. This booking with Rachel was my first experience with Rover, so I wasn't entirely familiar with the site or its process. Consequently, I misunderstood some of the details of my booking, but Rachel was incredibly understanding and accommodating! Overall, I highly recommend Rachel's services and will definitely book her again for any future needs.”
