“Our meet and greet with Victor and Karla went well as they listened very carefully to the information I shared about Kaia. Victor and Karla seemed open about their experiences with dogs and addressed all of my requests and concerns about Kaia's care and safety. Specifically, my 65 pound German Shepherd can be reactive with small dogs and has a high prey drive toward outdoor animals, so my concerns centered on a strong and alert handler during walks. Victor and Karla seemed very responsible and caring toward dogs. They were also very responsive throughout our communications and sent pictures and comments about her adjustment. Finally, we had agreed that prior to pick up, I would give an early arrival estimate and confirm closer to the actual pick up time. I had overestimated the time to allow for traffic delays, but Victor was very flexible about having her ready when we were able to pick her up earlier than my original estimate. I believe that Victor and Karla gave my dog just the right amount of attention in the safe environment and am so glad that I was able to leave her with them!”
