I ended up having to call a lock smith upon her arrival because I left her the wrong keys, and she was incredibly gracious during that whole process. She sent regular photos of the animals and provided sweet details demonstrating superb listening and responsiveness. Will definitely use Kii for any and lol pet sitting needs!”

“I was honestly very nervous of leaving all my animals due to my last sitter not following simple directions but she was very thorough and it’s a lot for an average person! We don’t have a few we have a whole zoo haha she definitely was able to keep up with them and do as I asked and was able to fulfill any request I had of her the entire stay. She gave me updates throughout the day and didn’t hesitate if I asked for more pictures of our babies. “Shannon was excellent! She is energetic, reliable and trustworthy. She stayed at our house for 4 nights and took care of our dog Milo and our kitten Otis. Milo loves her and he is a great judge of character. :) My kitten who is very shy also loved her. I was afraid he would hide the whole time but he cuddled with her instead. That was a great relief. She sent us lots of pictures and took Milo on some fun adventures. We came home to happy pets. She also washed our sheets and made our bed! So nice to come home to that! Thank you Shannon!”
