About: I have been taking care of animals all my life. I currently have 1 dog, a Siberian husky. We take many visits outside to the restroom, to walk, play, or just to stretch at the dog park. We have quality treats and don't mind puppies either. I’m free to provide my undevided attention. My job is to make sure my animals are happy, healthy, and living their best life playing and being around others who enjoy them. I have a community that is pet friendly. There are various places for using the restroom. A dog park is 3 minutes away and also the American River access to walk is a trail away.
8. Shannon K.
“Shannon took care of my two cats when I was away on vacation. I think my cats like her better than they like me. She did an excellent job feeding them, cleaning their litter box, and giving them attention.”
9. Christina S.
“CHRISTINA HELPS SO MUCH, TO TAKE CARE OF OUR AWESOME AND LOVING GERMAN SHEPHARD AND THE FACT THAT HE IS ALWAYS SO EXTRA HAPPY, EACH TIME SHE ARRIVES, IS CONFIRMATION FOR US THAT SHE IS GREAT FOR HIM AND WITH HIM. WE ARE THANKFUL EACH DAY THAT CHRISTINA HELPS US WHICH HAS BEEN WEEKLY, FOR OVER A YEAR NOW.”
10. Zaniyah H.
“This will be the second time we used Zeniyah’s services for our dogs and it was another great experience. She communicated details about her visit, got them nice and tired, and sent me a bunch of photos. She’s our go-to sitter now 🙂”
11. Shay H.
“Shay was very reliable - she walked my dog Beasely at 9 am and 4 pm for 6 days in a row. She sent me photos everytime she walked him. most important. Shay helped me when I had continuing problems with Rover.com's software, she helped me get the correct dog walking scheduled I needed, and to get rid of Rover.com's Repeat Weekly command. I was really disappointed that Rover.com does not have a CANCELLATION BUTTON TO remove schedules I wanted removed. -Pat G.”

About: I have had dogs my whole life, and began sitting for friends and family as a teenager. I enjoy getting to know and play with furry friends of all ages and sizes. I am also comfortable giving medication and working on basic obedience. I currently have a flexible schedule that allows me to visit and walk based entirely on your pet's needs. As long as I am in town I can remain flexible. I will play with your pets and groom them if needed. I can bring my own dogs along to make it a play date, or give undivided attention. On walks I can stop to play fetch at a nearby park to allow high energy dogs to let out more energy, keep it calm and meander, or anything in between. I love to do some training to keep their minds active, and give treat rewards based on your dog's diet.
13. Raquel S.
“Raquel was a real treat to meet! She was great with my dog, Molly and was patient with my constant scheduling modifications. Raquel is very punctual with the times I selected and walks through the door at that time. Not a moment to soon or a moment too late. I am very pleased with Raquel's professionalism. I have found Molly's walker!”
14. Angelina S.
“Angelina has cared for our dog many times, both for quick checks-ins and weeklong vacations! Angelina is patient, intuitive, consistent, and reliable. She can walk our very large, energetic German Shepherd without any problems. Angelina has extensive experience with dog training and is very knowledgeable about any number of pet-related needs! She is always my first phone call whenever I have questions or concerns about our pup! Angelina brings a positive approach to all her interactions, both with our pup, and our family. Our dog absolutely adores her!”
15. Taylor M.
“Taylor is my #1 pet sitter she has always been reliable, and takes care of all 3 of my dogs including my crazy cat! I love that she takes them out and gets them active! Her children always give my fur babys lots of love and treats! They are always spoiled and safe with her :)”
16. Brittany C.
“Brittany is a responsible and loving furball caregiver. We first met when my cat escaped and she ended up at Brittany's mom's house. She is now my main house/cat sitter. She even managed to give my finicky other cat meds so extra points for that. I'd definitely give Brittany a try. Toni S.”
17. Aicha F.
“Aichav has been great with my white German Shepherd. My pup can be a lot to handle and we haven’t had a problem. She’s communicative and responsive. She takes my pup on several walks throughout the day while staying in her home. A+!”
18. Jason P.
About: Hi there, I’m Jason! After 20 years in the pet care game, I’ve learned a few things: every bark has a backstory, and each purr is a poem. My services? They’re like a Swiss Army knife for pet owners. Quick drop-ins to refill the food bowl or long overnight stays, I adapt to your pet’s script—be it a drama queen cat or a heroic dog with a penchant for epic fetch quests. I tailor my approach to the individual pet, ensuring they’re not just looked after, but genuinely entertained. Standing out in a sea of pet carers, I offer more than just time; I bring a narrative flair to the everyday, making sure each pet has their moment in the spotlight. It’s about more than just being able to decipher the latest pet gossip at the water bowl. While humor and cleverness are part of the package, at the core, it’s about reliable, heartfelt care. In all seriousness though, ensuring your pet’s well-being and your peace of mind is what I’m here for. Let’s make their day extraordinary. Let me become your pet’s second best friend. In this interesting chapter of my life, where I find myself temporarily liberated from the 9-to-5 grind, I’ve turned full-time pet enthusiast. This isn’t your ordinary career gap; it’s an all-access pass to being the Mary Poppins of the pet world—without the flying umbrella, but with all the fun. My schedule? As open as a dog park at dawn. This means I can be there for the early risers, the noon-time prowlers, and the night owls. Whether your pet needs a buddy by day or a guardian by night, I’m on call, turning every moment into an adventure. This full-time dedication isn’t just a way to pass time; it’s a mission to make sure your pet never has to look at the clock, wondering when the fun will start. When I step into a client’s home, I adopt a simple mantra: “Be the person their pet thinks you are.” This means transforming into a gourmet chef when faced with those judgmental cat stares at mealtime, or becoming an intrepid explorer as I navigate the living room jungles with adventurous pups. I treat their space with the respect of a guest (no wild parties, I promise) and their pets with the devotion of a family member. From ensuring the sacred nap spots are undisturbed to keeping water bowls as full as a moon, I maintain their routine with the precision of a Swiss watchmaker who’s also a cat whisperer. It’s less about just ‘caring’ and more about becoming their most reliable buddy in your absence. Rest assured, I leave homes just as I found them—only slightly improved by a pet who’s had a day brimming with joy and adventure.
19. Larisa S.
“I had to find a last minute dog walker for Shabazz and Larisa responded promptly and accordingly. She was very nice and professional and took interest into Shabazz's routine as to try to carry on his typical walk schedule. She went above and beyond by suggesting she could check on him during the day as I was away on my work trip. I would definitely request Larisa again to walk Shabazz and most likely will inquire about overnight boarding since she gave vibes of a person who would take great care of your pet. Thanks Larisa!”
20. Azalea B.
“My gosh! Azalea was such a sweetheart to my little baby Aria! Me and the wife were away for a week on vacation & she’s a crazy husky & who needs LOTS of attention, but she loved Azalea! Highly recommend, for any of your pet sitting needs :)”
