We received multiple pictures daily and they even had Winston playing with puzzles and new toys which he loved! He seemed very comfortable with them and they clearly are dog lovers as well. I messed up my booking time and when I noticed my mistake on the day of the booking she was responsive and helped to ensure my puppy was still taken care of despite my mistake. On top of that I know how much my dog loves being with Nirvana because she pulled me back to Nirvana’s apartment door after being back with me! She communicates throughout the visit and sends photos of my pup which I love - cannot recommend her enough!”
