“Absolutely loved Alyssa. She came by for a home visit prior to the day she would walk my dog and asked very good questions and made me feel very comfortable leaving him to her care. She is extremely professional and very responsive and provided a report afterward with pictures and details of how often he went potty and specific mannerisms that made her laugh. “To say Kathryn is the perfect person to work with/care for animals would be spot on. She’s probably had more exposure to all kinds of animals than the typical person has. She’s had pet rats, Guinea pigs, chickens, cats and dogs with the occasional reptile and wild animal that has wandered upon her in need of rehabilitation or stray dogs running from everyone but walking right up to her. She has a way with animals that they feel safe in her presence. She dotes on all the animals she cares for and it’s amazing to see how they interact with her in return. Kathryn would be fantastic for Rover to have on their team, so I would highly recommend her for the job.”

About: Hello! I’ve taken care of multiple family dogs since the age of 8, in addition to other small rodents. I have been independently raising a great dane puppy since 2022. I have experience working in a doggy daycare and at a small animal hospital where I primarily fed, watered, walked, monitored, and cleaned up after cats and dogs. I am proficient in animal handling and feel comfortable caring for dogs of any size, breed, temperment, or age! I am quick to adapt to suit the needs of different animals. I am also a certified veterinary assistant and working towards a Bachelor’s in Animal Science in order to hopefully attend vet school one day. I am in town for the summer and have a basically open schedule. Pet care will be my priority and I am very flexible with hours. I care for pets as if they are my own. Pets under my supervision get close monitoring, adequate nutrition, and plenty of playtime. I will adhere tentatively to the client’s requested accommodations. I’m happy to send the owners often updates and pics as well! I want all pets under my care to feel loved and safe, so cuddles and treats are definitely on the table!

About: Experienced adult with no small children friendly and inviting home for your dog! Experienced with all sizes of dogs! My dog gets along well with others. I have a huge backyard! We do have 6 hens, 4 cats, 10 birds, 3 dogs, 3 rabbits, 1 Guinea pig, 2 dragons, one chameleon, one leopard gecko and one mouse. ! I am off during the day on most days. Pets are part of the family!
