Our dog took to her immediate and it made me feel so comfortable leaving my 14 year old guy in her care. She left me kind messages that were personalized and cute pictures that she tried to convey how his mood was at the time. So happy all she got was a blur. So happy smiling after tennis ball fun. She was clockwork with her 5 days of duty never letting my labradoodle down an hour. She communicated as well as did what Rover supplies. I am gracious as leaving an older dog on sudden notice is so stressful and I know that she was a great relief to our family as we did what we needed to do! I am so appreciative! Kyle was extremely communicative from the start, providing prompt feedback and updates and giving us notification about the days he would need to stop by for care visits outside of our normal schedule. He was also extremely engaged in the care, spending quality time with Buddy to make sure he got some attention and affection while we were gone.
