“I can’t think of how my experience with Alyce could have gone better. From set up to pick up, she was responsive and flexible. This was my first time using Rover and Alyce made me and Ozy feel at ease. Even when I’d messed up my dates and needed her to keep Ozy for an extra day, she immediately responded with suggestions to make things work. She sent many pictures and videos of him playing and having fun. Her yard is perfect for a curious sniffer and with her adorable Mookie, Ozy was entertained and kept company for his whole stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to book her again.”

They went above and beyond our expectations, notwithstanding how difficult it can be to take care of a Frenchie (e.g., they can’t tolerate heat very well in the summer)! One of the highlights of our trip was our daily update about how Kona was doing (always great)! And, they took her on walks in the DC area that we haven’t even taken her on yet! Without their care for Kona, there’s no way we could’ve enjoyed our trip. We are so grateful that they live near us, and we’re sure Kona is looking forward to her next vacation with these two (and their dog, Axl)!”
