“Thank you so much to Ann for her great care of our 10 year old pup Rocky! Ann was quick to respond and provided updates each day my wife and I were away from our dog. It is always difficult when we drop Rocky right before a trip and so we were extra grateful that he was in her care! The photos we received during his stay were so cute and we were impressed he was getting along with the other dogs during his stay with Ann! When we picked him Ann even gave us a photo colleague of Rocky during his start with her which was so adorable. Lastly, My wife and I were very impressed she was able to be creative when it came to ensuring our dog drank plenty of water; he sometimes does not drink enough water and her caring nature made sure he remained hydrated especially in the hot Davis summer days. About: Grew up with dogs, own a dog, am a dog; major puppy energy. I treat dogs like people, individually caring for them as they need it. No dog too big or too small. I work from home, so my own dog gets several walks a day. I also work on my own schedule so I am available throughout the day. I am available for longer walks on the weekends too if your furry friend prefers out of town hikes. Safety of your canine companion is top priority. I have trained dogs before, and am careful to follow instructions. I'm experienced with larger dogs that pull, and generally walk on the Davis green belt to avoid traffic. If boarding, I have two couches (big dog beds) with covers if your furry friend is allowed on the furniture, otherwise floor beds will have to suffice for them. I also have dog gates to separate rooms as needed. We can use the crate if your dog finds it comforting. Dog toys can be provided, along with fetch and walks on the Davis green belt.

“I’m the first to admit I’m one of those “crazy dog moms” and yes, yes I have trust issues - Axel is truly a part of our family! When it came time to find someone to care for him while we were both away for work, I pored over profiles and reviews and April’s stood out to me immediately. Her love, respect and compassion for not only dogs but all animals came through strongly in her introduction and I had a great gut feeling. I’m so happy to share our actual experience was even better than imagined. April was super responsive and communicative, making the booking from start to finish seamless. She kept us in the loop with how Axel was doing everyday and sent us great photos that really reinforced how much fun he was having and how right at home he felt! We’re so grateful April and her family embraced Axel as their own. I love how much he has bonded with them already especially with her girls. They took great care in ensuring he had plenty of mental and physical stimulation as well as plenty of love and affection 🥰. I really appreciated that April would check in as well if she had arrangements with other bookings and to ensure everyone felt good and safe about the circumstances. She even sent Axel home with delicious treats!
