About: I am a Napa native and have lived in Saint Helena for over seven years. I’ve been doing pet care on rover for the past 2 years. I have experience administering oral medications, caring for sick pets, and overall just loving on your animals. I pride myself on being reliable, timely and very detail oriented. I’m currently working a flexible schedule and would have more then enough time to walk and care for your pets. My schedule is always up to date with my availability. I care for pets like they are my own. I have two cats that sleep with me and I consider them a part of the family. I’d care for someone else’s pets like I do my own.

“She was very flexible and made me feel very safe about leaving my pet with her. I also needed to drop her off one day early which wasn’t included in the original booking and payment, but she was very kind about it and responded in within 30 minutes.”

“Daniel, my son always wanted a dog. But it was never in the cards for our family, due to work schedules, time away from the house and other activity's. Then Daniel met his sweetheart and she came into his life with Joey. A temperamental pom rescue who thought he was king. Joey soon realized that Daniel was the pack leader and fell into line. I enjoyed watching my son become attached to Joey. His skills and compassion for the dog, helped Joey get over his rescue trauma and he became the mascot for our family. My granddaughter even referring to Joey as her cousin. Unfortunately, Joey passed of old age, leaving a hole in the family to be filled. My son is excellent with dogs and would take care of your dog as he took care of his own.”

“Rhea was an excellent host as usual. She sent me daily photos and updates and responded quickly to all my messages. She was happy to give my pup his medication and gave him some great walks. When I picked him out she spent time with me to give me updates on his entire stay. When we were pulling out of the driveway my dog clearly showed that he would miss Rhea. I would leave Winter with Rhea anytime.”

“Whenever I am in town I will definitely use Mrs. Rose and her husband Matt for boarding services. I’m very new the Rover experience but I can honestly say their care and experience was heaven sent. Both of my fur babies were very happy and well taken care of during their stay. My husband and I felt left feeling comfortable with our choice of boarding due to us having a large breed dog whom our hosts have years of experience ( GREAT DANE) and patience not to mention they had Danes for a long time and knew what and how to soothe my big girl. I can’t thank her enough for the early morning routines and play time. My girls slept like queens and the environment overall was exceptionally accommodating for my dogs. The drop off and pick up was super easy. I was able to enjoy my getaway with no worries as I was updated daily with pictures and videos. Mrs Rose and her husband are very instinctive and will definitely let you know if there are any issues going on. My fur babies were pooped and upon arrival at home this was the first time that they both weren’t anxious or overstimulated. They went straight to sleep and were so calm which told me a lot about their boarding stay. If you have a big dog they will be in awesome hands with Mrs.Rose and Matt and if you have a frenchie they knew exactly what to do for mine when we saw they weather might be too warm for my frenchie. Yogurt pops frozen treats and early morning play to avoid both my girls overheating. I could go on and on about how happy and extremely satisfied with our host. “My dogs, Kacy and Kali had the best time staying with Ellen! She has 3 other dogs, and ours got along so well with hers. It’s like doggie daycare heaven! Ellen took such great care of my girls while I was away. She sent daily updates and made sure they were well taken care of and safe. Definitely will use her again!”

“Brandi did an awesome job taking care of my dogs, Tucker and Katie. I was worried about Tucker because he can be a grumpy old man. But I had nothing to be worried about. Brandi was able to read him and know when he needed some time alone. Both dogs came home super tired from all the play that had. Brandi updated with lots and lots of pictures showing the dogs playing, gave them a Pupcup treat from Starbucks, and gave them dry baths before they came home. I would recommend Brandi, she has good systems in place for watching dogs. We would use her again!”
