About: Starting with my 1st dog at age 12, I have cared for animals of many species, breeds & sizes. I have experience with mostly dogs but also cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, ferrets, birds, rats, fish, snakes & turtles. Feeding, bathing, grooming, trimming, walking, potty training & cage training are all very familiar to me. I am also a doggy doula and I support dog mamas & their families through labor & delivery, as well as recouping during postpartum. Communication is key! My goal is to team up with you to provide your pet with the utmost care. I don’t only care for your pet but your home as well. Expect the trash & recycling to be taken out, mail & packages collected on the counter, dishes cleaned & any laundry I used (sheets, towels: etc) cleaned & folded. I guarantee you will find your home as you left it or better! Thank you for trusting me with your fur family! I am fully committed to caring for animals full-time! Yes, that means your pets will get the full care & attention they need from me! It’s great when a pet gets to stay in their own environment. Kindly teach me the ins & outs of caring for them in your home, like their favorite spot or toy or where they like to go potty, & I will confidently take it from there! I will do the same for you/them in my home.

I am recently retired, and I’m available for mornings, afternoons, weekends and overnight. Your pet would receive excellent care and have their needs met as required. I am very energetic and love playtime when it comes to pets, as I have had a fair share of my own! My home is very spacious and accommodating to any needs. We can stay in contact throughout the day, and I can also send photo updates. My goal is to make your life easier and to make a new friend! I will always be available! Remote worker and hybrid when I choose! My schedule is flexible so I can adjust to accommodate. We can communicate your needs in advance if any! While I don’t have a crate, I can ensure that they have one. I keep my house extremely clean so there will be nothing to chew or pick up from the grounds.

I know Mr. Grumpy enjoys spending time with other dogs and felt that I needed to do what was best for him. Vijanti eased my concerns. Vijanti was very professional and kind. Her response time was excellent. She listened to me and reassured me that my fur baby would be well taken care of. Vijanti delivered on her commitment. She welcomed Mr. Grumpy with care and did not allow his size to deter her (he is a big boy but very loving). While Mr. Grumpy was in her care, Vijanti sent photos of him and his smile told me everything I needed to know. I am looking forward to rebooking with Vijanti for daycare and boarding and highly recommend her for your pet needs. Your fur baby will definitely become another member of Vijanti’s family.”

When the pandemic shut down occured, my lifestyle changed and I am now the pet parent to an energetic 2 year-old pup. I can tranfer the lessons he taught me to your dog. I am patient and attentive. Currently I work full time from home and have the flexibility to offer loving care to your pup. My availability does vary from day-to-day . Your pet will be cared for in a quiet condo community. I can accommodate puppies and seniors who may need more frequent bathroom breaks. My active fur boy loves other dogs, but we can accommodate dogs who need alone time or prefer humans.

About: Back in 2022, my sister got a half Cavalier, half Golden pup named Oakley, and he honestly made me realize how much I love being around animals. Helping raise him from a puppy taught me a ton—like how to be patient, stay consistent, and really tune into what a dog needs emotionally. I’ve also spent a lot of time taking care of other family dogs, especially when they were puppies. I’ve always had a natural connection with animals, and being around them just makes me happy. I’m patient, warm, and pretty intuitive when it comes to reading a dog’s mood or needs. From Monday to Friday, I have a work from home job which would make me flexible for walks and feeding schedules. I can practically take a break anytime in the day to take care of any emergencies or issues that could arise. After work, which ends at 5pm, I am very flexible for any type of care, including check-in and drop-ins. When I’m caring for pets, whether it’s in my home or someone else’s, I always make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. I keep their space clean and free from anything that could be harmful, and I try to stick closely to their normal routine so they feel at ease. I pay attention to the little things. How they react to new people, what makes them feel calm, when they like to eat or go out. I know every pet is different, so I take the time to understand what they need and how they communicate. More than anything, I treat them with patience, kindness, and respect. I want them to feel like they’re in good hands, because they are.
