About: Hi everyone! My name is Sophia and I’m a sophomore at UNC Chapel Hill studying nursing. I have been taking care of animals since I was 10 and currently have an aussiedoodle named Lexie! I have a black lab "Greta", who gets along with everyone. Shes 10yrs old but has a lot of energy. She loves going to the park to play catch, and walks around the neighborhood. About: I have been taking care of my own cat for over 4 years. I have been doing dog sitting for over 2 years, and I am comfortable taking care of a variety of breeds of dogs. I am working part time, so I will have free time to take care, walk dogs. I am not going out of town often, so I can also take care of dog overnight. There is never a boring day! Olive, the oldest cat, has asthma, so I am trained in giving inhalers and various medications. From the highly energetic babies to the slower, more easy-going ones, I’ll make sure each dog gets specialized attention and care. I have the most experience with senior dogs. I am able to give medications, help them with low impact exercises, and stick to feeding schedules to help keep consistency. If your dog has any special requirements, just let me know and I’ll make sure they have all they need! For all your pet needs, I’m your girl! While I work part time, I have a flexible schedule so I will have plenty of time to check in on your pets and provide adequate feeding and play time! I am available all days of the week with advanced notice! Every pet has unique needs and Im always ready to meet them! I have taken care of several babies who needed tons of attention and others who just need me to make sure they have their food on time. I’m always a text away and owners can feel at ease knowing your pet’s needs will be catered to thoroughly and that their safety and happiness is my first priority!

About: (No overnights at this time, extended drop ins preferred over house sitting) Thanks for looking at my profile! I started out petsitting with my neighbor’s elderly cat, which was a great experience for teenage me. I’ve since been involved in a shepherd rescue and assisted training a local search and rescue canine team. I enjoy researching canine training and behavior! I can drop-in visit/walk cats with clean litter boxes and *well-behaved* dogs by request (no pitbulls or other large terrier mixes please!). Meetup and sitter approval required before multi day services involving dogs. No boarding at this time. I generally have open availability as long as it isn’t super early. A heads-up message before scheduling is always appreciated! Extra flexibility for established clients :) I don’t live in a place that allows pets at the moment, but I can do visits at your home! I prefer positive reinforcement training and would love to hear more about your pet’s background so I can understand how to work with your fluffy friend.

About: I grew up with several dogs and cats in my home. I helped my dog birth puppies and took care of 8 rumbunctious furry bundles. I was heartbroken to part with them. I have two dogs and walk several times a day with them, much to my neighbors envy. I let my dogs take me on a 1.5 mile walk each morning :) I work from home and have a large fenced yard, and am able to let the dogs sleep in, or run outside and chase birds and sunbathe under my watch. We do a short walk around noon depending on the temperature and a longer walk in the evening. We love connecting with nature on our walks. I have a fenced yard and so your pets are safe. They can run around all day or stay inside. They will most likely sleep in my room, or in a crate whichever is your preference.
