About: This is from a few years ago now, but everything still applies! I’ve been doing Rover for about 6 years, and watching people’s pets for over 10 years now. Hey there! My name is Abby, I am 30-years young and I absolutely adore all animals!!! My father is a self- proclaimed dog whisperer that is amazing with pets, and he taught me how to safely and successfully interact with dogs at a young age. Since I was a wee one, I have always had a natural ability with pets; they generally tend to be fond of me, dogs especially. I have had ample practice and training, with a wide variety of dogs over that past few years. I have been watching pets for eight years now! From the ages 22 -26, I worked at a school for at-risk girls. There all the faculty members seemed to have pets, and take all these trips! No one there had a reliable pet-sitter, for when they were out of town, so those families were forced to board their pets. So I’m talking to the school nurse one day, she’s newly single & has finished plans to start traveling the world. But she owns Harley, the yellow lab, who has recently aged immensely and is no longer well when boarded anymore. And There I was waiting & beyond ready to start my side-business as a dog-sitter. Harley, became my first client and more so my buddy, I watched him for 1 to 2 week periods, frequently, over the next 3 years. Then, the other staff members began to use my services, also. I had around 5-6 dogs that I would take care of on a regular basis. Whether that meant staying with them at their house, walking them multiple times a day, playing, and anything else that needed to be done! I have been doing Rover for almost two years, now, and am extremely confident in my skills! I look forward to any and all new clients. Feel free to ask me any questions and concerns any time! Abby Morgan Pet care fits so well into my routine, since this is my main source of income right now! I can easily spend as much time needed and wanted with your pet! I strive to care for each pet as if they were my own, so I enjoy fitting this into my routine. Feel free to ask me any questions! I treat pets like they are all my children! Every pet I watch earns a special place in my heart! I try to keep pets on their schedules- whatever they must be! Right now, I am not allowed to house pets, unfortunately, so I have to stay over at your home. I have been doing that for years, and honestly, it makes the job so much easier for all parties involved, because the pets are so much more comfortable in their own turf! I currently work PRN as a CNA, which means I pick up shifts when I want to work. This allows me to be able to work around that schedule easily. I care for pets as if they were my own fur baby. I follow common safety practices while caring for animals- keeping them on leash, avoiding other pets during walks, etc. I am extremely vigilant of my surroundings at all times and try to prevent anything bad from happening by using my intuition and common sense.

“Thank you so much Hannah for caring for our Holston. Hannah does exactly as you ask. Our main goal was to accomplish a pooty break and she went above and beyond to make that happen. We hope to have you care for him again soon, Hannah!”

About: Hello. I'm a RN who works night shift. I enjoy caring for people and animals. I've had dogs and cats all my life. Im patient and enjoy training my dog Sadie. She is a wild mix breed with a lot of energy. I've also taught my cats to have manners as well. Let me know if I can be any help to you and your fur babies. I work three nights a week as an RN Sunday Monday and Tuesday. I am available to most days except Mondays and Tuesdays from 8-4 My husband and I care for our dog and three cats. The cats have free roam over the house and are fed wet and dry food. Our dog has her own dog room that was an add on to our home where she stays at night. During the day she is with us around the house or outside in the yard and stays within the boundary of her E fence. She is fed nightly at the same time because I believe routine is the best for dogs.

“Kristy was amazing! She was flexible and made me feel comfortable leaving my pets at home for the first time. We had actually needed her to change days and check on our cats sooner, and she had made these changes no problem. Easy to work with, trusting, and so kind!! Thank you!”

About: From raccoons to dogs, you name it I’ve handled it! With experience working in boarding facilities, rescuing dogs off the street, and always having dogs of my own. I can personally guarantee your pup is in the right hands. As of now, I have an open schedule and plenty of time to care for and play with all of your fur babies. All while making sure their personal needs are tended to since every pup is different! I have a large fenced in backyard, multiple crates of different sizes if needed, and a miniature wiener dog who loves to play! Now that my other dachshund is older he is kept in his own room when guest pups are over to minimize his stress. I have also have an abundance of toys, dogs beds, and blankets. Of course everyone is allowed on the furniture and made to feel right at home.

“Sam was amazing with my cats Vinny & Binxie! She was prompt with our first meeting, she asked questions and loved on the kitties as if they were her own. I loved that Sam sent me photos and updates each day and kept their food & water bowls full and clean. The litter boxes were cleaned also which was a huge help! She is friendly, communicates well, and is very passionate about and truly cares for all animals. I highly recommend Sam and trust her 100% to take care of my fur babies (and my home) while I’m out-of-town. Thank you for giving me a peace of mind this weekend!”

Whether your dog needs extra snuggles, slow walks, or a game of fetch to burn off energy, I’ll be there to make sure they feel safe, happy, and loved while you’re away. As a teacher on summer break, I have a flexible schedule that allows me to give pets my full attention throughout the day.
