About: Hello neighbors and strangers, my name is Devin; but, you can call me Devo! I love animals, especially the kind, soft-furred, emotionally supporting ones. You can trust that I will not mistreat any animal in my care and protect them with my life. I live in the SW side of Decatur, AL. We have a decent fenced in back yard where your pets can run, jump, and have all the exploring adventure that they desire. I am currently not a pet owner but my roommate has a small dog. He's kind to children and if he meets another dog properly . Thinks he's bigger than he is. I have experience caring for cats, and lizards as well. I have worked with many animals and am comfortable grooming, walking, feeding, playing with and caring for pets. Working for myself currently so I have a pretty flexible schedule. Please feel free to contact me to discuss my services. It is fenced in back yard where the pets can run around and play. Clean house ... Really don't allow dogs on the furniture or in my personal room . I can play with your pet and give the necessary attention. I am available for whatever your needs are, rather it be short term or long term, cold or hot I am the man with the plan to care for your dog. Well I live in a nice, beautiful, quiet neighborhood where its normal to see a bunch of pet owners, so Rover fits right in. I work for myself and am a on call handyman and lawn service provider. I'm usually close to house all day with frequent check ins. Within a every 4 hour period. I am easy going with animals. I may have to hug an pet to show support, may have to conversate with them, play tag, tug of war.

About: I’m deeply empathetic, detail-oriented, and have years of experience in caregiving—which makes me especially attuned to the needs of pets who need a little extra love, patience, or routine. I’m not just a sitter or a walker; I care for your pets like they’re part of my family. I have a soft spot for senior dogs and anxious pups, and I genuinely love creating a calm, comforting environment that helps them feel safe and happy while you’re away. Pet care fits naturally into my routine because I have a flexible schedule and enjoy spending time with animals as part of my day. Whether it’s a midday walk, a morning or evening drop-in, or helping out while you're at work or away, I’m reliable, attentive, and happy to show up when your pet needs care and company. It’s a meaningful way for me to stay active and connect with animals—something I genuinely enjoy. I treat every client’s home with the same respect I would want for my own. I follow all instructions carefully, stick to your pet’s routine, and double-check that doors, gates, and crates are secure before I leave. I’m very mindful of creating a calm, safe environment—especially for pets who are shy, anxious, or need a little extra reassurance. Building trust is important to me, so I always communicate clearly, provide updates, and do my best to make sure both you and your pet feel comfortable while you’re apart.

About: I've helped care for all kinds of animals, from baby chicks to horses since I was a little girl. I had my first dog about 15 years and he was like my baby. I currently have a chihuahua and mixed breed (Italian greyhound/jack Russell) I brought home from Italy. I can care for birds, fish, and reptiles as well. I'll even feed your chickens. I have 4 years of experience fostering puppies and dog sitting as well. I'm flexible on hours. I love to go on walks, play, and make it a fun day! Pets are family and I would care for yours like they were my own. While following any instructions you give, I'll ensure your pet is safe and accommodated at all times. I'm a student and homeschooling mom, so I'm flexible on time. I play fetch a couple times a day with my own pets and work on simple commands with rewards. I make sure my pets feel loved and cared for. With guidance on how you'd like me to care for your pet, I can be accommodating. If your dog plays well with others, and you are looking for boarding, I have a large fenced in yard and a safe neighborhood for walks. I can follow your feeding schedule, no matter if it's dry, wet, or raw foods. I can come morning or afternoons, or both if you need me to come to your home.

About: With over a decade of experience caring for dogs of all ages, breeds, and sizes, I bring a calm, reliable presence your pup can trust. I’ve spent the last 3 years training dogs and currently foster for GSP Rescue in the Southeast—successfully placing pups in loving homes. Whether your dog needs playtime, cuddles, structure, or a little extra patience, I’ve got you covered! I currently work a hybrid schedule in the office and from home. I am available weekends and love to take the pups on rides in the car if they enjoy it. We love to get out and hike or take Remy for a drive to get coffee and pup cups. We live on a quiet cul-de-sac with peaceful neighbors. We have a completely fenced in yard with about .3 acres of area to sniff and dig. (yes, we let them dig) We love to spoil with cuddles and toys and treats. Structure time with toys and training time will always be a part of our care too. I have 3+ years training our dog and believe in short training sessions regardless of knowledge level.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 15. I love playing and taking care of all animals! I love dog sitting at my friends house! I am available 24/7 to take care of your babies! I stay with them or check on them whenever is needed! I am always available. I have a fenced in backyard and 5 dogs that can keep your dogs company. If your dog doesn’t do well with others, then I can easily keep mine away and separated!

About: What sets us apart from other sitters? Our genuine love for all animals and firsthand experience as pet owners! As proud parents to a 7-year-old cat who adores cuddles and chasing her fishing pole toy, and a playful 1-year-old Golden Retriever who thrives on walks and canine companionship, we understand the unique needs of both cats and dogs. We've used Rover ourselves when traveling, so we know how crucial it is to find someone who'll shower your furry family members with love and attention. That's exactly what we aim to provide while you're away, whether for a vacation or just a day out. For dogs, we offer: Personalized walks Engaging play sessions (fetch, tug-of-war, you name it!) Whatever activities your pup enjoys most For cats, we provide: Stimulating entertainment with Cat TV Interactive play using our special fishing pole toy Enrichment activities tailored to your cat's preferences Gentle petting and affection for less active cats Meticulous litter box maintenance Our goal is simple: to care for your pets as if they were our own, ensuring they're happy, healthy, and thoroughly pampered in your absence. Let us give your beloved companions the love and attention they deserve! I work part time from home and in the office. I work from home on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. I would love for your pet to come join me or check in on your pet and take them on a walk or a potty break while you are gone during the day. I have a fenced in back yard for your dog to play with my super friendly dog. If your animal does not like cats or dogs a stay at my house may not be the right fit. But I can still do drop ins at your home.

About: I've had all kinds of pets from dogs, cats, horses, goats, to even emus! and the list goes on! I will make your pets feel loved and safe while their owners are away! My schedule is flexible! I would be available to care for your pet and or pets at various times for different days of the week. Making sure your pets feel loved and safe is my top priority. I prefer detailed instructions letting me know the best way to take care of your pets.

About: Hello, my name is Micah Sheppard. Pictured above is my wife, Devin. I’m 26 years old and a Marine Corps veteran. Ive been around animals all my life. From personal pets(dogs, cats, fish, etc.) to looking after and caring for other’s pets. I have some experience in training dogs in basic commands. I used to help train/look after k-9 German Shepherds for my dad’s police department during my high school years. Im currently unemployed so my pet care availability will literally be any day and anytime you need a sitter, someone to check in on your babies, or someone to just take them on a walk and get some well needed exercise. I currently don’t offer care at my home but have no problem caring for your pet/pets at your home or any other location needed. I will have a list of available animal hospitals that are closest in need of an emergency if one was to arise. I would quickly but safely rush to the nearest hospital to get them the care they need before contacting the owner first. Emergency care comes first before notifying owners.

“Jess was amazing. She put a lot of effort into getting to know our dog and her needs, which is no easy feat given her anxiety. She was so kind, reliable, and trustworthy. She spent a lot of time with our dog, kept us well informed, and sent the best pictures! I definitely recommend her to anyone needing check-ins or a sitter.”

“Devin was great, felt very comfortable leaving my dog at his home! When I came to pick them up they were excited to see me but they were not in a rush to leave ?”

April J.
“April is one of the most passionate dog lovers I have ever met. When she sees a dog she wants to love it. She treats all dogs as if they were her own personal fur babies. She has even brought me into the world of loving dogs. If you don’t love a dog then you don’t know how much it can change your life until it does. She brought that into my life and I will forever be grateful for that. I would trust no one else but her with my dog.”

Samantha W.
