“We visit Stowe often and sometimes don’t bring our dog because we didn’t know anyone here that could do visits for her if we are out for a long period. Alison solved that problem! She did a great job with Maisy, while we were out all day - two visits, and Maisy warmed up to Alison quickly. When Maisy was timid at the beginning of the first visit, Alison knew just what to do to, and by the second visit Maisy welcomed Alison in with a wagging tail and led her all around the neighborhood on their walk. Thank you Alison! We will see you again for future visits!”

“Once again, Georgia provided superlative care for my cat. She also sent me some great pictures of the two of them. It was pretty obvious that my cat was having a grand old time. Georgia is very good with communication and always asks questions if I’m not clear. I hope to see her again.”

About: I have always been around pets of all kinds; reptiles, house pets, farm animals, even a tarantula. I am caring and attentive and up for anything! I work from home and set my own work schedule. Pet care can fit right into my flexible schedule. I would love to have a companion on my walks, as I listen to my podcasts!! I like to do my research on a particular pet if I am going to care for it. This ensures I will properly handle and care for the pet, as they vary!

“Reliable, trust worthy, looking forward to working with again!”

About: I grew up with litters of German Shepherd puppies which sparked my lifelong love of animals. As adult, I raised and bred Labrador Retrievers. I now share my home with five cats, two Labs and six chickens. I'm also a proud grandparent to two wonderful grandchildren. Retired and living in Vermont. I'm recently retired and spending my time doing what I love most. Beling arond animals. I enjoy going on walks, playing and simply keeping pets company. If you ever need a little help with your furry friend whether it's a walk, some playtime, or just a visit while you're out. I can take them to the dog parks or to the waling paths.

“Jordin did a great job with my cat! I love that she sent me photos each time she visited my house so I knew that my cat was being well taken care of.”

“Natasha was timely and communicative. She left our home just as she found it!”

“Julia was everything we could wish for in a cat sitter and more! She communicated well from the initial inquiry throughout the entire visit, including sending us pictures of our cat and letting us know how she was doing. Julia has a ton of experience caring for animals and cats especially, and didn't bat an eye when I explained the unusual feeding routine or medicine needs of our cat. I highly recommend Julia for anyone in the Springfield area. You are in safe hands!”

“I would definitely recommend Haley. She took great care of our two cats while we went on vacation for a week. She is very responsive and was flexible with her time when I needed her to feed the boys late one day and earlier another. She is very personable as well.”

About: I've always loved all animals. I have not only owned dogs and cats my whole life but have owned ferrets, hedgehogs, birds. I even fostered a baby raccoon once. I am available to house/ pet sit Friday evening through Sunday even. And will be flexible for house/ pet sit other days of the week. I am friendly, professional and flexible. I love animals of all kind. Enjoy going for walks and playing fetch. Also enjoy relaxing around and giving belly rubs. :)

About: I've had pets of all ages for my entire life—cats and dogs as well as birds, fish, bunnies, rats... I am a huge animal lover—and it has a lot to do with my upbringing <3 My mom was the kind of person who would never kill a spider and instead gently scoop it up with a piece of paper and shuttle it outside to safety. I was lucky enough to grow up right on the ocean in Nova Scotia, surrounded on the other 3 sides by woods. So much wildlife! One time my mom found an injured Great Blue Heron in our yard, and somehow got it into our car and drove it to the vet, even though it pecked at her from the back seat the whole time lol! (The vet was able to mend its broken leg and release it back into the wild!) All this to say, looking after animals has always been a huge part of my life. I am often the person my friends contact when they need a pet-sitter while they go on vacation. I'm reliable, communicative, and intuitive. I'm always happy to administer medications (having done this for many of my own pets in their later years), follow specific diets and feeding schedules, go for walks, give extra cuddles (or less cuddles), whatever makes the animal and their human comfortable! I'm also happy to water your plants while you're gone, bring in your mail, refill the bird feeder, whatever you need within reason! I'm currently working from home building my coaching business, so I'm very flexible! I can work from anywhere since I do most of my coaching online, and I can set my own hours around your pet's needs. I will treat your fur-babies with as much care and tenderness as I treat my own. Every animal has their own distinct personality and routine, and I'm extremely respectful of each animal's individual needs. I'm constantly aware of how special this pet is to someone. There's a feeling of reverence—we are so lucky to have these amazing creatures in our lives <3

“Agnes was wonderful to work with- super reliable, communicative, and genuinely enjoys animals. I would absolutely recommend her and would love to work with her again.”

“Maria was wonderful! She did so well with our anxious, elderly cat and was even able to give him medicine twice a day (which he hates) and she took care of our chickens too! Everyone was doing great when we came home, and Maria updated us consistently. 10/10”

“Faye was great with my cat and even went above expectations to clean his dirty dishes and clean up tracked kitty litter. She’s good with pets and a trusted sitter.”

“Whitney and her family are wonderful! They took really good care of our cat, sent us updates and photos and were super responsive of our calls and texts!”

“Ren was really great in helping take care of Bug! Thanks for sending updates and checking in on her :)”

About: I've cared for all kinds of animals including farm animals like chickens and goats to typical house pets, Right down to a sugar glider once I have a wonderful schedule that allows me 3 days off. With school getting ready to pick back up again and winter on its way. I'm looking for a little extra income and what better way than to spend some hours with the best things on the planet, pets! Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday are my days off so those are the days I will be available most often. Though, because I don't leave for work until noon, I would be open to morning drop-ins when possible on the weekends. It's important for pets to know they're taken care of fresh food and water. Some play time and company clean litter boxes and walks. Their comfort is key.

About: I've always been around animals growing up. I've cared for all different kinds of livestock, cats, dogs, and small animals like bunnies and reptiles (no snakes or spiders though yet). And I love every minute of it. I have over 10 years of professional pet caring experience. I've house/pet sat for family members before. And local people in my town. I've also worked and still work in horse boarding barns, small family owned barns, and a local large animal sanctuary. I've even volunteered at my local animal hospital multiple times. I'm always willing to bend to the clients personal request when it comes to caring for their fur babies and homes. Right now I'm still in school until June 8th 2025. I have 3 jobs. One is seasonal and 2 are year around. So my schedule has a lot going on. Luckily my jobs are pretty flexible making things like house/pet sitting doable. I'm a very patient person. So when it comes to dealing with pets and tasks I take things one step at a time. My pets are well loved and know it. I have never gotten a complaint from any past or present client. I am more then willing to communicate different needs and come up with a plan to make your pets and you getting to know me a good and relieving experience. I'm also more then happy to give regular updates and send lots of pictures.

“Emily took great care of my two cats while we were away. It's clear she really loves animals and they were very glad to see her each day. She sent pictures and gave me daily updates as well.”

Janice C.
“Janice is absolutely amazing with animals. She has such a caring heart and a natural gift for connecting with all animals —dogs, cats, chickens, even goats—you name it. I have seen personally her passion and caring nature when around animals. Janice is definitely your person if you’re looking for someone to take your dog/dogs for walks, playing ball with them, or simply giving them the love and attention they deserve. She’s even raised five litters of Labs in her house, ensuring each puppy found a safe and loving home. With plans to start breeding again next spring, there's no doubt those animals will be just as well cared for. Janice is a wonderful human being who brings joy, kindness, and a deep sense of connection to every animal she meets.”
