About: I grew up on a farm, so I've always been surrounded by animals and have developed a natural ability to care for them. This experience has taught me patience, responsibility, and a strong understanding of animal behavior. I’m not only comfortable with dogs of all ages but also have experience handling puppies and providing senior dog care. I work from home, which allows me to give your pet my full attention throughout the day. With a flexible schedule, I'll be the one taking care of your pet personally, ensuring they get plenty of walks, playtime, and cuddles. We have a dog at home and an unfenced yard, but we're just one block away from a dog park, so your pet will have plenty of opportunities for outdoor play and exercise. If needed, we can crate our dog to ensure safety and comfort during your pet's visit. We always prioritize the well-being of all pets in our care and will adjust our home environment as needed to meet your pet's needs.

“I had to leave the country for about 3 weeks due to my personal business and I asked Jason as always to care for my babies. I heard the weather was crazy here in Iowa on the first week of February, to the point where cars couldn't move. He notified me thoroughly throughout the whole 3 weeks which made me very comfortable. When I was out of contact due to time difference/internet issue, he still kept helping me out with suggestions and waited for me to respond which could've been a long burden. About: I’ve been around animals my entire life and currently have a friendly 4-year-old Lab mix named Maverick. I also volunteer with local animal shelters, giving me experience with dogs of different ages, sizes, energy levels, and personalities. As a medical student, I’m used to staying organized, following detailed instructions, and paying close attention to routines and behavior. I understand how important it is to trust the person caring for your pet, and I take that responsibility seriously. Whether your dog needs lots of exercise, extra patience, medication, or just a comfortable place to relax, I’m happy to tailor their care to their individual needs I’m currently a medical student, and much of my coursework can be completed from home. This gives me a flexible schedule and allows me to spend plenty of time with the pets in my care throughout the day. While my schedule varies slightly week to week, I’m generally available for frequent potty breaks, walks, playtime, meals, and plenty of companionship. I make every effort to keep your pet’s routine as consistent as possible while you’re away. For house sitting, I do have one requirement during the school year. I have my own friendly 4-year-old Lab mix, Maverick, who would need to come with me. He’s well socialized and enjoys other dogs, but I completely understand that this isn’t the right fit for every home. If your dog enjoys having a canine companion, I’d love to discuss whether it would be a good match during a meet and greet. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I have a fully fenced backyard for safe outdoor play and exercise, and I only board one guest dog at a time so they receive plenty of individual attention. I also have a friendly 4-year-old Lab mix who enjoys other dogs when it’s a good fit. I always take introductions slowly and make sure both dogs are comfortable before allowing interactions. I’m happy to accommodate specific feeding schedules, medications, crate routines, and any other instructions that help your pet feel at home.

I wanted a petsitter who understood him. He was a little nervous when I left him and Auden was great at proactively contacting me and letting me know how Buddy was doing that first night. He had some stomach issues that she worked on by adjusting his food and responded to his preference for time outside in the sunshine. I was very pleased with Buddy's care and Auden's professionalism and communication. We will hire her again.”

I am a school teacher by day and dog caregiver by night! I am happy to spend all my afternoons with your pupper or kitty cat! School is starting so availability unfortunately has become a bit more limited, but I will do everything to work with you and to care for your dear sweet fur baby regardless! I will travel to your home to ensure that your pet is in a familiar space. I will give them daily snuggles, walks and attention. I will treat your pet as if they were my own loving on them and treating them. I am happy to take them on daily walks, to the park and to stay the night at your place.

About: I am a responsible college student athlete who is very active and loves to be around pets. I have grown up with 1-3 pets in the house my whole life, and I have learned to take care of them to the best of my abilities. I have gotten used to doing the many duties involved with taking care of a pet, including picking up waste. My summer is busy enough to create a schedule to keep me organized, but I have more than enough free time to take care of your pet(s)! I have always been a lover of bigger dogs, which is the size of dog I have the most experience with, but I have been a dog-sitter for small dogs too. I am open and comfortable with a variety!

In a client's home, I carefully follow all instructions regarding feeding, exercise, medications, and household routines. I make sure pets receive plenty of attention, playtime, affection, and exercise, while also respecting the pet owner's home and preferences.For drop-in visits and walks, I provide fresh water, meals as directed, bathroom breaks, exercise, enrichment, and lots of love. Care at my home I continue the same routines the pets are used to. I have plenty of room and a fenced in yard.
