Bellamy is always happy to go in and he’s tired when I pick him up from playing with Glacier and other friends. He sends me pictures and keeps me updated. I work from home, which allows me to give your pet my full attention throughout the day. With a flexible schedule, I'll be the one taking care of your pet personally, ensuring they get plenty of walks, playtime, and cuddles. We have a dog at home and an unfenced yard, but we're just one block away from a dog park, so your pet will have plenty of opportunities for outdoor play and exercise. If needed, we can crate our dog to ensure safety and comfort during your pet's visit. We always prioritize the well-being of all pets in our care and will adjust our home environment as needed to meet your pet's needs.

I would love to be able to care for and be a pal for your animals! About: I’ve taken care of quite a few dogs since I was young. I’ve had two dogs myself but currently don’t have any furry friends. I regularly dog-sit my parents’ dog and have occasionally watched other dogs. I do not work during the summer so I am home most of the time other than when running errands or the occasional day trip. This will allow me to keep whatever schedule your dog is used to. We have a fenced in yard with a few doggy neighbors. We do not have any furry pets at the moment so yours will get all the attention!

About: I’ve been around animals my entire life and currently have a friendly 4-year-old Lab mix named Maverick. I also volunteer with local animal shelters, giving me experience with dogs of different ages, sizes, energy levels, and personalities. As a medical student, I’m used to staying organized, following detailed instructions, and paying close attention to routines and behavior. I understand how important it is to trust the person caring for your pet, and I take that responsibility seriously. Whether your dog needs lots of exercise, extra patience, medication, or just a comfortable place to relax, I’m happy to tailor their care to their individual needs. I’m currently a medical student, and much of my coursework can be completed from home. This gives me a flexible schedule and allows me to spend plenty of time with the pets in my care throughout the day. While my schedule varies slightly week to week, I’m generally available for frequent potty breaks, walks, playtime, meals, and plenty of companionship. I make every effort to keep your pet’s routine as consistent as possible while you’re away. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I have a fully fenced backyard for safe outdoor play and exercise, and I only board one guest dog at a time so they receive plenty of individual attention. I also have a friendly 4-year-old Lab mix who enjoys other dogs when it’s a good fit. I always take introductions slowly and make sure both dogs are comfortable before allowing interactions. I’m happy to accommodate specific feeding schedules, medications, crate routines, and any other instructions that help your pet feel at home.

About: I have had pets in the house as long as I can remember. I love animals and adopt all of my friends animals whenever I get the opportunity. I have also volunteered at SAINT cat shelter in Cedar Rapids! I am a student at Iowa studying Psychology! Every day is a little different, but my schedule allows me to have breaks throughout the day to go home for lunch and hang out with my cat! In the evenings I like to spend time with my friends or work on my art or music. I live in a studio apartment in Iowa City. I am very type A, so I tend to keep things very clean and with my school schedule, I can make times to check in several times throughout the day.
