About: Ive been with Rover in Mount Pleasant for over a year. I recently moved to Beaufort. I’ve personally had dogs for 50+ years. I’m a retired chiropractor but still have a home clinical nutrition practice. It’s just myself and my elderly Great Pyrenees, Kiera. As Bill Murray says; I trust a dog that doesn’t like a human, but I don’t trust a human that doesn’t like a dog. I’m retired so I’m home most of the time. About: As an animal owner myself, I know what I look for in a pet sitter, your fur babies will be cared for just as you care for them. I also do photography as a hobby, you will always have cute photos sent to you. I am a stay at home mom, because my schedule is flexible, I'm able to work around what is needed for taking care of your fur babies. I have found that when a new person enters an animals schedule, staying on the schedule they are used to helps everyone adjust. I feel keeping the animal (s) on a schedule they're used to is helpful.

About: I’ve always had pets since I was very young, and i’ve had almost any kind you can imagine. Currently i have a 3 year old Great Pyrenees and she is my bff. I also have a 12 year old Golden Retriever so I understand some of the struggles with having a senior dog. I also have 3 cats and i worked at Bee City for 2 years, so i promise i can handle all of your animals! I love my little fur babies and i cant wait to meet yours!! I am currently a full time student at CofC, so I am usually in class during the mornings. I am very flexible with my location and able to stay with your pet no matter where you are. During school breaks and holidays I am usually free! I am a very outdoorsy person so rest assured your dog will have ample playtime outside and go on plenty of walks. My Great Pyrenees actually struggles with very bad anxiety when I am gone so I understand that some dogs will need more attention and that is totally okay! I will love and accept all the love your pet wants me to get!

About: I have been taking care of all kinds of animals from dogs, cats to horses and even reptiles my entire life. Caring for animals just comes naturally to me. I speak positive affirmations to them along with showering them with lots of love and affection. I would love to meet your fur baby and help care for them when you are not available to. I will love your fur baby as if they are my own. That is a promise. You won’t find a better caretaker than me when it comes to your beloved pet. Whether it’s sitting with your precious baby and watching TV or going for a walk on the beach, in your neighborhood or in town. We will even go outside and play catch or tug of war. I’ll even take photos to capture those precious moments and send them to you. Animals hold a special place in my heart, especially dogs and horses. Plenty of clients, friends and family will agree and attest to this. I am also active in a local horse ministry. I hope to get a booking from you….; I am currently working full time 5 days a week from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, M-F. On the weekends I am available as specified in my calendar. Whenever I am not at work and I am available, I would be thrilled to look after your pet. I will take care of your pet(s) as if they were my own. I have a huge heart when it comes to all animals. I love talking to them and making them feel special. So when I am in your home, they are more than free to lay on me, next to me or on my lap. Wherever they go, I will be there to comfort them while you are away.

About: I’ve taken care of neighbors, friends, and families pets for at least 8 years now! I always make sure their furry friends are well taken care of. I am not working currently so I have lots of flexibility throughout the week! I am able to drive wherever I need to be and take care of your pets like they are my own! I care for all of the animals I have watched before like they are all my own! I would follow any directions the owners leave me !

About: I've been around animals my whole life (dogs, cats, and even the occasional foster pet) so caring for them comes naturally. Whether it’s a high-energy pup that needs playtime or a senior dog who just wants a comfy lap and some gentle care, I adjust to each pet’s unique personality and needs. I'm patient, responsible, and genuinely love spending time with animals. I’ve helped with everything from basic puppy training to administering medication for older pets, and I always treat them like part of the family. I’m currently working 6am-2:45pm M-F, but I’m happy to do anything I can after those hours or I’m available during the weekends! In the fall I’m in college so my schedule is more open. I have a fenced in yard and a dog-proof house (no food laying out, holes, open doors, etc). I also have a car, so I’m happy to come to you!

About: I'm working on having my own animal day care in the future. I've always had pets growing up but no professional experience. I took a cpr, first aid and safety course so I'm confident in preventing and handling accidents. Animals have a special kind of love because the give genuine love. It's like a babys love. They can't talk but always by your side, depend on you and love you like no other. Who wouldn't enjoy working working with them ! I'm very patient, loving and observant with animals. I believe after a while they just get comfortable with me because I'm not scared and I have the confidence that I'm a animal whisper lol. Your pet will be satisfied under my care and you will be very pleased that JaLisa was there for your Pet care ! I take my son to school Monday-Friday around 7ish and pick him up around 3ish. I do accpect last minute bookings if it works with my schedule. I took a cpr, first aid and safety coruse and I am confident in taking the right measures in making sure your pet is safe and well taking care of in my hands.

About: I've had at least four dogs as long as I can remember. As a child, they were my first companions and my second caretakers. Even as I grew into an adult, they were always there to comfort me and to brighten the darkest of days. Dogs hold a very special place in my heart and I am eager to give back what they so willingly give; love, acceptance, understanding, comfort, and joy. In the last two years, I have gone from four dogs to one, due to Cancer and Congestive Heart Failure, and I must admit that their absence has affected me deeply. I miss them so so so much!! I'm one of those people that celebrated their dog's birthdays and bought them copious presents for Christmas. While my friends were pulling out their family pics, I was always pulling out my dog pics. I share this same sentiment towards birds, rabbits, and cats; all of which I had growing up. Being surrounded by animals as a child was a great experience. It even prompted me to volunteer at the ASPCA for almost a year. As I hope you can tell, I will not only provide what your pet needs to survive, but I will also provide him/her with special attention and love. I look forward to meeting with both you and your pet! Until then, take care! I will be able to fulfill any house/pet sitting duties without any issues, as I am able to balance my obligations responsibly and with respect to myself and those that hire me. While pet/house sitting, I will abide the rules given to me. This could include when they play, where they sleep, any medications needed, when to eat, etc.

And then moved here to south Carolina we have always been big pet lovers as now we have a farm here with little goats and chicken, ducks and our dogs ! We have taken care of animals for many years and are excited to welcome any new 4 legged friends to come stay with us while there pet parents are away ! We have very open availability, I can do pick up and drop off throughout the day! We will always communicate with you if anything was to change. In caring for your fur-baby, it’s our number 1 goal is to make them feel comfortable, safe, and happy when you're away, so we make sure to provide tons of love, plenty of exercise, and lots of snuggles! As a pet owner, we know the importance of feeling comfortable in the person who is watching over your fur babies as ours are like our children! We’re always watching out for their safety, sticking to shaded areas when it's hot outside, avoiding other dogs and any potential triggers, ensuring they have water, and of course! We are also super careful with watching for any signs of overheating we know in these hot summer months it can be tough on some pups ! As frenchie owners we always like to be super alert in watching for these signs as they are super important to keeping them safe. In home boarding info: Have your pup come stay with us while ur alway so the have a mini vacation too ! My mom and I grew up on a farm and now have one in summerville ! We have lots of space about 3 acres for your pup to run around we also both a fenced in front yard and back yard as well as pool so if your pup loves to swim this is perfect! Someone will always be home so your fur baby will never be alone, we have animals of our own goats, chickens and our dogs of course so your dog will have lots of friends to play with. As we know many people get scared leaving there pets in a boarding facility as we both had a bad experience with our dogs of them being alone and scared and super smelly when we picked them up and not getting the care they need. That’s why we decided to start boarding to help other feel comfortable and safe leaving there pets as they are like our kids, We do specialize in frenchies and short nose breeds as they need day to day high maintenance care due to there breed. We do grooming if that is something your wanting during your pups stay, We will always send updates during your pups stay as we know when we’re away we worry about our dogs so keeping you updated is super important to us ! If you have any questions or special requests let us know ! Doggy day care info: We offer doggy day care as well on the farm! I know sometimes it can be hard to leave our pups at home while we’re away. They can have a fun filled day of swimming, running around outside making new friends with our pups as well. So by the time there home they will be excited to come back and visit us ! We do puppies as well and help out with potty training throughout the day while they are here with many potty break and opportunities to learn ! Farm boarding: We do also do farm boarding and we have 2 horses goats pigs chickens ducks ! If there any need if you away for farm boarding if your house or animals let us know !
