“Lori agreed to sit our pup Rowena, who we had only had for about 3.5 weeks by the time of our trip, and we were fairly nervous about leaving her so soon! However, Lori was so friendly and excited about meeting/watching her, and she and James were clearly very attentive and encouraging to her for the duration of the stay, even as she was more reserved and shy than at home. “This is the first time I have ever written an online review for anything. However, I have decided, in this case, a review is very much warranted. I needed a cat sitter for two trips that were only a few weeks apart. From my first meeting with Heather prior to my first trip to return home after my second trip, I never once worried about the care my cats were receiving. She was an absolute delight to work with. From the very first request to cat sit the communication was phenomenal. I loved that she didn't try to "force" herself onto my shyer cats like so many people try to do. She knew some cats will only accept you on their own terms with their own timeline. Heather was kind enough to roll my trash can to the street for pick up day and move it back to the house afterwards, and she washed up cat dishes even though I told her originally that she didn't have to do that! For those that are looking at costs, yes there are some sitters that have cheaper prices. I am also here to tell you that you will absolutely not regret booking Heather for your pet care needs. You will not worry if you know she is in charge of your fur babies. She does not treat pet sitting as a nice side job to make extra money. “Haejin & Herscel were wondering caretakers! They were open to taking my dog for daycare a few days before and treated her so well. I liked that they only take a few dogs a day to reduce exposure and ensure they are all being watched. I loved the occasional photo and video updates, which her other daycare doesn't do it all. She came home very tired from playing all day, which was exactly what we wanted. I look forward to using them again!”

About: For years, I've walked the fields and trails along the Potomac River with a furry companion - most recently with Flannery, my family's Great Pyrenees who loved romping in Virginia Bluebell flowers and sinking her paws into mud. Animals have always been a part of my life. “Taking on a totally unknown dog from a cross-country road trip, IS a risk. We knew our senior dog Ginger would likely be stressed: 1st from the trip, and 2nd to be left with a stranger, in an unfamiliar environment. Linda really seems to love the dogs, she had 1-2 fosters there when we arrived (not sure, as I think I only saw 1). While I'm sure it was hard on both of them, we do sincerely appreciate her taking on our dog for a few hours, so that we could attend the wedding of an old family friend. About: I have 7 dogs at my house and been around animals my whole life we have 3 cats as well and chickens! I love taking cares of any time of animal you just need teach me! I am available anytime in the afternoons ranging from 12:30pm-9pm. From the time I wake up to the time I go to bed I usually am taking care of my animals but I can always fit in time for yours too! I'd say I have a deep caring nature when it comes to all living things from puppies, cats, dogs big and small, turtles, fish, hamsters, plants, you name it! I I've had many people rely on me to take care of their pets with no complaints and I hope to also be that person for you! I am currently working a part-time job, so I have plenty of time to take care of your furry friends/family! My schedule varies from Monday to Friday. On days I work, I am available any time after 5pm and on days I don't work, I am available any time during the day and night. I am willing to work weekends as well knowing that for many people it is the prime time for short trips away from home. I have experience with house and pet sitting throughout the years for family, friends, and neighbors. Guiding and helping others is something I truly value within myself and I can guarantee that I am trustworthy when it comes to ensuring your pets are taken care of, knowing they have a non-so-furry friendly guest coming to look after them!

About: Ive taken care of and owned dogs for 20+yrs. I have alot of love to give an will love yours like they are my own. I am currently off for summer break and am available all days and hours. I live alone with my furbaby Koda,and I love all animals! I have a year old chocolate lab who loves new friends. I have a fenced in back yard and I have a crate if needed.
“Puppy party! I was worried my 80lb handful of a puppy was gonna be Trouble but Ashley did amazing with him! I got several pictures over our few day boarding and she was super nice and easy to deal with. She was babysitting a few other dogs at the same time but you could tell she paid attention to them individually enough to discribe how my dog sleeps lol Couldn't recommend her more!”
